Let me start off by saying I don't expect much from McDonald's but dude every time I come here they get my order wrong somehow, it actually blows my mind how they haven't gotten it right once, and I get the same thing every time. Two mcdoubles with extra onion. Have never received extra onion once, they frequently lie about sauce being in the bag, the food is always so terribly put together it looks like it was assembled while jumping out of a plane. You also can't order from a human inside anymore, or pay cash. Also they never answer the drive through on the right side so don't even try. I'm honestly tired of this place it seems like they're trying to phase out customers and they're doing a great job of it.

Stop for Iced coffee before work. Always seem to have good iced coffee and add an extra shot of espresso. The workers are always friendly in the drive through.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE REVIEWS ARE BAD. THIS MCDONALD'S IS KNOWN FOR BAD SERVICE! I'VE LIVED HERE 7 YEARS AND IT HASN'T CHANGED.4/16/24 I went thru the drive-thru and ordered Chicken Nuggets and a Medium FRESH FRENCH FRIES. Everything was fine, they asked me to pull around and wait - no issues waiting for fresh food. I checked the food when they gave it to me and ate some of the hot fresh fries. What I didn't know until I got home was the hot fresh fries were only on top!!! Underneath the top layer of fries were cold, limp, nasty old fries!! I called and spoke to the manager who didn't seemed concerned that it happened. I said I would like to come back on 4/17/24 for a refund and her comment to me was - you have to come back by EOB to get a refund - otherwise you have to get a replacement. I said that doesn't make any sense. She was very nonchalant, and because I know they put B management in the evening I was not going to argue, and was going to talk to day management. Only issue there is they put their phone on do not disturb. This is not my first issue with this location, but it will be the last. I will drive 5 miles to a different one before going here. People need to do better in this world. We all work hard for our money and it shouldn't be wasted by people that don't care. If management isn't doing their job - fire them!!!! Put someone there that will do the job. Pay more money if need be - you definitely would make it back by people coming to your restaurant. So over this lack of service in today's world.!!!!!

Not recommended at all the orders are always missing something and I have to go back or they get you wrong, also they never make the food fresh even if you ask million time for fresh meal, just hire people that they know how to respect,

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm not even a fan usually, but was on a road trip. Food was incredibly fresh - it tasted like good, real food. I've literally never before taken a bite of McDonald's food and said "wow that's so good." They are really organized and clearly have great attention to detail. I'll stop at this one every time I go thru the area. 10 stars

Don't come here the manager yahaira decided to have her employee come lie to me instead of speaking to me directly they canceled the order not knowing I was there they said supposedly there must have been a internal issue but truth is they canceled due to inside there was door dash drivers that had been waiting 15 minutes passed their pickup times and the lines were packed. They should have not allowed mobile orders if they knew they were so behind. And don't lie I would have been ok if she would have come out as I requested and apologized that they shouldn't have taken my large order

The manager is a bully to the disabled with fully certified service companions. Spouting laws that do not exist. Once corrected then turns, Exclaiming 'i don't know what the laws are, you can't have a dog in here.'Rest assured my companion is meticulously trained, and the most well manured companion you'd ever meet. (Of course I am slightly biased) ?In contrast the crew there is a little overwhelmed with how busy they are but are friendly non the less. Always greeting you with a smile and pleased to serve your needs. Kudos to them for working under such uninformed management.
