If this was the first time it’s happened I would overlook it, but unfortunately it’s now a bad experience every time my kids convince me to go. Today in the drive through double lanes, I watched 4 cars in the other lane order and move through before the car ahead of me was helped. After waiting my turn for about 15 minutes, yet again I find out they have no ice cream. So then I’m stuck in the line only to drive through it. Wasted a good 25 minutes for nothing. I truly hate going here.

The customer service was very slow and he couldn't understand what I was trying to order so I had to pull up to the windows. They've hired a Manger who doesn't speak any English. And why did they stop serving the strawberry sundaes? It was my absolute favorite. In addition our food was cold and tasted like old oils. We actually threw it away.

The slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Spent 28 minutes stuck in the drive thru. Not one employee said sorry for the wait. I figured after waiting that long I would be getting new fresh hot fries.....and boy was I wrong! If I hadn't already waited so long I would have taken them back inside for a refund. At $4 a large fry we should be getting super hot fresh fries every time. You're really starting to hit the bottom McDonald's!

McDonald's is a McDonald's. You know what to expect if you've been to one. Food has gone downhill but that started back in 1993 when they started using microwaves. My bad. They call them Qing ovens. Customer service has gone downhill too. I worked there when I was 16 and I excelled. Sad that many people don't have the same work ethic. The ice cream machines are a pain to clean and I suspect that's why they're always "broken" if you can get freshly made food it is worth the price.

What store manager in their right mind would only schedule 3 people in the whole store to work on a sat at 6pm took until 7 pm to get my order I couldn’t cancel bc I ordered in the app ….took 15 min just to get one of the three crew members attention!!!! Manager needs

Back to the counter to ask again and the manager is literally right in front of me and says nothing. More concerned about the drive thru than dine in.
