The food is always great but the customer service is absolutely terrible,they were rude and did not check up once,I kept having to call someone over for anything that we needed, they seemed to be going to every other table more frequently then ours. I told the waiter my food wasn’t spicy enough and was met with an attitude.i say thankyou when a drink or plate was dropped off she just walks away,not even sayin your welcome or any type of acknowledgment,like I said the food is decent but I will always get it to go just because the environment is not welcoming nor friendly,and this was not just one occasion.this review is based on multiple times I have went, yall need to learn to respect the people putting money into your business.

Good food, clean place and good customer service. Everything we ordered was tasty but their orange chicken was my favorite.
Pad thai was excellent. The rest of our order was mediocre at best. Definitely not meant to be shared family style. Each of our entrees came out at different times. Portions were miniscule and there was perhaps 6 pieces of thinly shredded meat). We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids under 11) and got charged gratuity. The service was nonexistent. At 39 weeks pregnant I had to stand up and request refills for water multiple times. Definitely overpriced for the quality of food. We won't be back.

The perfect blend of spice and freshness from the veggies truly elevates the dining experience to another level. It has become my go-to choice whenever I visit your restaurant.In addition to the Spicy Noodle Thai Hot with Veggies, I've also had the pleasure of trying the wonton on a few occasions, which I found to be equally enjoyable. It adds a nice variety to my meal and complements the flavors of the main dish perfectly.I also want to commend your online ordering system, which has made the entire process incredibly convenient. We went here for lunch one of the days we were on vacation in AZ. It is a family run restaurant with lunch specials. We ordered the chicken pad thai with no spice and the chicken and broccoli dish. The entrees came with an egg roll, wonton and salad. The entrees were good the salad was just some lettuce on the plate. My wife put some sweet and sour sauce on it and said it was ok. We like going to small places to help families make it in this tough economic times.

The knock that I've had on this place in the past is that they never seem happy that you're there, regardless of what their website says. This time we were warmly greeted and our server was both informed and entertaining. The place was more than half-empty on a Friday evening, so maybe they're figuring out that attitude counts! The food here has always been good and the menu itself is well laid-out and aptly descriptive. We started with egg rolls and vegetable tempura, which were both very good. I had the green curry and my wife had the Pad Thai. They had no problem adding my requested eggplant to the curry. Each was outstanding and in a portion-size that required our asking for boxes at meal's end. It was by far and away our best experience here. Ambiance is 'meh', but it's a Thai restaurant! Sure wish they had Chang beer in addition to the requisite Singha!

Been searching all over the West Valley and this is it, in my opinion the best most authentic Thai Cuisine in the whole West Valley. Great food choices, more than any Thai Restaurant I've ever been too. Taste is not compromised by any ingredients, such as ketchup in Pad Thai like some cheap places. Wife agrees this is the best and even better than her Thai cooking. ??Update: OCT. 12, 2023AND STILL...THE BEST THAI RESTAURANT IN THE WEST VALLEY!!!???
