I order first before this other lady and she got her stuff first before I did. I spend too much money on Starbucks to get treated the way I got treated today honestly!!!

This is the Starbucks that's located outside to the right of Michaels. If you're ordering on the mobile app, make sure not to select the one that's located inside Target. I stopped here to get a coffee while I waited for my Tesla to finish charging at the nearby charging station. I ordered a grande pistachio latte and it was on par for Starbucks. I found their restroom to be clean and well maintained.

I frequent Starbucks on the daily, and this is by far the best location in the valley. Fast and friendly, and my food and drinks always taste great!Going to any other location usually pales in comparison to the service received at the Litchfield/McDowell Starbucks!

So I'll start by saying that I would say that I'm a "regular " at this Starbucks , I enjoy the environment and most of the staff knows me by name and I enjoy coming here ,So the most recent time that I came was a Saturday and I usually come during the week , so when I was about to order the guy (first time seeing this guy, he had glasses on I don't know his name ) that was going to take my order I don't think he said anything when I was going to tell him my order , so I asked him does a venti caramel machiatto have 3 shots of espresso and he right away said hot or iced and I wasn't sure what he was trying to say then I said iced and he said that iced has 3 shots and hot has 2 , he could have just said yea hot has 2 and iced has 3 , he was very impersonal and serious in his tone , not the usual kind and friendly service I'm used to getting , it was just was a very disappointing customer service experience , I think he needs to learn some better customer service skills ,

This now the 2nd Starbucks location that i have gone to. Corporate what happened to creating the Starbucks experience. Not good , not good at all
I wish I would get what I paid for, I pre order, not a difficult drink to make and the extra I pay to add syrup should be added. Every time I get my drink it's bitter. Very disappointing and upsetting.

I had so many mishaps in this store, it's unreal. I decided to buy a thermos, and use my stars, but the barista applied them to the whole order. I was watching to make sure they washed the thermos, but I don't think they did... I asked if at least the paper wasn't still in there, and they confirmed it wasn't. I don't think we ever got around drink options, so I basically used 200 stars for a grande iced Americano with nothing in it. When I went to get a refill and mentioned the experience to another associate, nothing was mentioned as far as fixing it, but she did get my next order wrong by forgetting to add heavy cream. I decided to contact corporate about getting my stars back, but I was on hold for 40 minutes via their texting support, and finally decided to call them, and they took care of me.
