Super rude customer service! I rather drive an extra 10 minutes to go to the one on Estrella Pkway

It has been a while since I have had Starbucks with the new coffee shop opening across the street. Starbucks had sent me special offers to come back and enjoy a drink BOGO for any handcrafted drink. The cashier initially did not know if she could apply the offer to an iced coffee order because my husband ordered a different drink. Had to explain to her it was for any hand crafted drinks and showed her the app. It was not busy when we came in, but 3 other people showed up while we waited for our drinks. 2 barista’s and unsure where the cashier went. Other people got their orders before us, but we were not in a hurry, ours showed up eventually. We asked for a larger straw since they didn’t have any out. The barista who made the drink ignored us. We asked the barista nearest to us and she said sure she can get that for us. We waited as she continued to make more drinks until we got tired of waiting, so we left.

I went to the Starbucks in target and ordered a drink and a muffin, I asked for almond milk I was told that they were out so I asked what did they have and the young lady stated that they have 2%, I let her know that I can't have dairy so please give me soy milk she said ok... Long story short they gave me the 2% I was sick for three days ? the crazy thing is I only have Starbucks on Saturday and now ...let's just say they ruined it.

This Starbucks is the best. My drinks are always made right. We love the baristas especially Cece. This Starbucks is located in target. Please don't mistake this one for the new drive thru. Thatone is horrible. So if you need some good drinks make sure you go inside to target.

I went through the drive-thru today and ordered my usual drink that I typically always get. I received it and it tasted horribly, I never had this problem before since it’s the drink I always get. I was reluctant about going back in to ask them to remake it. Overall, after discussing with my mom, I decided to go back in and politely ask if they could just remake it. The lady that I talked to seemed very annoyed and rude when I asked even though it wasn’t busy when I got there. All employees seemed like they were all just discussing and talking about the people that were coming into the establishment. After she finished she slammed it onto the end where all the drinks are set and rolled her eyes and never acknowledge me. I tried it again and it was even worst than the first one I got. In the end, I just threw it away and decided it was for the best and just not my day..

Multiple times the store has been closed for walking customers. Drinks are made wrong on several occasions the drinks are half full.

Today 12.1.23 I ordered a drink on the mobile is which I do often. I walk in and zero drinks are made, and there is at least 3 people waiting for a drink. I waited for 10 minutes, went out to my car to make sure I did in fact order the drink well I did. I looked at the time I had ordered and it had been 15 minutes from the order time, still no drink. I waited about 5 more minutes, as I waited in all of this time I saw 4 to 5 employees standing at the register just chit chatting, laughing, and doing literally nothing but that. 1 employee making drinks, 1 employee taking the orders in drive thru. Then about 10 people walk in and go to the register is which the chit chatter employees disperse. These people all order separate and they get their drinks within 3 minutes of ordering not to mention they got food and had that before mine drink was ever made. I finally go to the register and I ask the employee why my drink hasn’t been made and they ask for my name I give it, he goes to the counter where there is 2 drinks none of which are mine. Then a girl says my name. My drink took literally a total of 35 almost 40 minutes to make. Not to mention there was a lady there before me and clearly being patient and she still didn’t have her drink when I left but all the people who walked in and ordered sure did get their drinks quick. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. I understand it is a little newer but they’ve been open long enough to get it together.

The caramel brulee latte is back! It was so delicious. I'm going to get another one today. The Starbucks was clean and batistas were nice. It was a little chilly inside, but it was fine because I had a hot drink.

I was going through my phone and remembered the day I came here and the costumers were so kind. Me and my boyfriend just lost our cat and dog and we needed to get some stuff from the store and we kept running into things that were reminding us of them and it was very difficult to keep our emotions together. We decided to get Starbucks inside the target and when I tried ordering I started to tear up and so my bf tried too as well and he couldn’t either. The worker was being patient with us and waited till we were ready. After that we got our drinks and they gave us two cookies (the target Starbucks ones with the dog.) I know it was just a cookie but they tried to help our day and it made me so happy. Anyways I love this target and the Starbucks workers ? The cookie reminded me of my little chai ?

I told the barista that I wanted to scan for my points. She completely ignored me and had me pay. Didn’t even offer me I had Starbucks rewards. They usually ask. She seemed like she did not know what she was doing. Should not work her if you’re clueless.Parking: I would go to the actual Starbucks than the one inside of Target. They always mess up here.

They made me feel like I was interrupting their day. Sorry you chose this as your job it’s not my fault don’t take it out on me. I was just blown away with how rude the employees were. Truly sad state of customer service everywhere these days. And Starbucks of all of has a tendency to harbor some of the rudest of all employees. I’m done with Starbucks.
