Depending on Day to Day, the baristas will interpret what you say or how to order differently by the correct terminology used. They were kind enough to explain the difference between one thing to another, which for the future will help not only me but any future miscommunication ?

Came early in the morning for a coffee and woman with the glasses had an attitude and was constantly rushing us to get something when we had just gotten there, ended up taking my business else where.
Just wow ! The girl working there tonight was truly one of the nicest girls I have ever met, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, she was very patient with me I appreciated it so very much !

Stopped here before an appointment, I asked for an iced vanilla latte with whole milk which I always do and she told me that there would be an additional charge for whole milk which is never the case I used to be a partner in the past so I don't know why she said that definitely won't be going back. Not to mention she gave me sugar-free vanilla instead of regular!! Too bad I couldn't take it back as I was in a hurry!
