Arrived during open hours and the lights were on but the doors were locked. Tried to call but no one answered. Not sure why they wouldn't unlock their doors for customers during peak lunch time.

Food tastes fermented and service is horrible! Every time I've been there it's dirty and fruit flies all over the soda machine. Take your money to the other subway up the street. Service and food is 100% better.

I placed two separate online orders, one showed up on the subway app the other did not even though I was still charged for both. I went to the store anyway assuming they would make it right, but I was wrong. The franchisee an Asian man was working the register, I mentioned it to him and he rudely said it was an issue with the subway app people and there was nothing he would do for me. His exact words were "I only get 5% of the subway app sales anyway". Meaning he didn't give a crap about my online orders. There were a 2-3 others in line so I get he might have felt the pressure of a small lunch rush but that's no way to treat a regular customer. It's disappointing because my coworkers and I go out of our way to make sure we support local businesses. Sadly I won't be returning to this location. There is another subway not too far down the road...

No coupons accepted here. Subway coupons... We noped out of there and went to the Subway on Indian School and Litchfield. They were happy to take our coupons.

Awful customer service, rep literally thru the food at me( no bag ) as if she was overworked. Could not get her to give wheat bread she said I can only have white bread with the new sandwiches. Be aware if you want or need a wheat option this store will give you an issue even though you're a customer.Go else where such a Sarival or Estrella they have better CS.

The service is Very HORRIBLE. employees talk to customer like its their own home. Treat the elderly like they are trash. How can they say the offer good service when their customer service skills are terrible. These young kids need to go back to school and learn manners or how about they learn it at home first......very unacceptable on the treatment that my parents and daughter received here. If I was the owner I would invest in new employees and new management!!!!!
