went to subway after a long work day literally the best service i’ve had in awhile the working girl with the white and black hair has a charisma to her that i’ve never encountered before always popping recommendations helping to my every need and wanting truly a sweet spirit especially for her age! very good work ethic. the other worker she was acompaning her was also the sweetest and made sure to greet me and compliment what i was wearing, while also making being the best team member to her coworker!

I've been in worse restaurants, but I don't think I've been in a worse Subway - and I've been to probably 80% of the Subways in the Valley.The food was fine, the service was okay, but the restaurant had three people working, and the Diet Coke remained un-refilled for two hours (I spend time doing reports there after eating). This despite there being an hourlong lull.Apparently, neither of the bathrooms had toilet paper, and multiple people complained.

There was only one nice person and it was a guy. There was a woman there with tattoos and a piercing that was being disrespectful. Then the day before I went over there and they told me they were closed. Even though there were already customers in there ordering unless it was their friends.

Absolutely disappointing. So I like to get subway 2 nights a week. I just moved to Goodyear from Peoria and I went to the one on Peoria and 59 for the last couple years I’ve lived there. I do not like change. Change is hard for me. I’m autistic so it take me a while. Well the girl working tonight 12/11/23. The ABSOLUTE rudest subway employee I have ever seen. She would me off from talking. She drowned my subway sandwich with sauce. And when I said “that’s enough” she looked at me like I was the rude one. What?! Okay. Not going here again. Wouldn’t recommend.

Honestly, this subway has lots of propaganda, this is the best Subway ever! The food is always nice and hot, and the employees move fast and I don't really have to wait. The bread is fluffy and perfect every time!

I should have read the reviews before I went. My son and I were at a fall league game at Goodyear stadium and decided to get some quick food in between games. We went in and ordered our normal sandwiches, we left and ate in the car. The first bite of my sandwich felt like I was chewing on a brick. My sons sandwich was the same. I decided I couldn't even pretend to like this garbage and went back in to get a refund. When we first walked in you could tell no one goes here because all the chips were full and no cookies were taken. Red flags but we were hungry. I was starving and usually subway is a healthier quick fix but this one was trash. Avoid it and don't waste your time or money here.
They never answer the phone and there is no voice mail. I can't figure out what their hours are or if they even serve breakfast. AND as far as I know, they are still supporting Russia by leaving all the stores open there. I am done with Subway.

Go to any other subway but this one.The pictures I posted, the wrapper was COVERED in buffalo sauce as well as other veggies and the toasted off cheese , the sandwich bread on the inside, whoever made itliterally poured half a bottle of buffalo sauce on it ? ? causing the bread to be very soggy and everything to fall apart as soon as I picked it up. They didn’t slice the red onions right either as a lot of the peel was found in mine and another sandwich that was ordered by me.This was a pickup order.

Got to the store and there was one person behind the counter with several customers waiting to order. This was around noon time. Felt bad for the young lady being slammed with no help. The sandwich could have been better and the service could have been quicker if there was more help. It is bad when all you have is 1 hour for lunch and the drive time back and forth is 30 minutes and waiting for service was 20 minutes. Doesn't leave too much time to eat

The worst service ever! Staff needs some Customer service training. I went in this morning and the girl that helped looked like she was upset. I asked for a Tuna 6 in. The first thing she is that they were out of Tuna. Two Customer came in asking for the same sub. Again the employee stated we are out of Tuna. Customer stated wow you guys are always out of Tuna as they were walking away the employee stated if you want to Tuna go buy some. She then proceeded to make sub and everything she asked me what I wanted she would say it with an attitude. This by far the worst. If she is not happy there she should go work somewhere else. No matter where you go you should always provide the best customer service. I would never go there again.
