Positive: our waiter was a pleasant person. Pies are good.Negative: slow service, food was unpleasant, hash browns undercooked, coffee pre-mix literally tastes like milk, not coffee. overall taste was unpalatable. Dined with family who agreed the food was terrible. It is absolutely not worth the price. Go elsewhere.I will not come back here.

Very unsettling, staff is yelling at each other very unprofessional and arguing in the kitchen, slamming things. So loud everyone eating their food with their families can hear. Staff walking out. People were waiting for their orders that got lost in queue, others waiting to pay, people walking in were not being told that at least would be a wait due to the issues they were already having with half of the place full. Instead they kept seating more people. After the staff was already clearly overwhelmed. It was a horrible experience and my kids were there watching it all. Food is always good is why we come but we will definitely be going to another location. This one specifically needs to be reviewed by corp or owners!!! Asap

Kid-friendliness: They were super accommodating with my 1 and 6 year Olds. Waitress was super sweet and made it fun for them too. Peek a Boo with the 1 year old and told jokes with the 6 year old. Totally went out of his way to make sure the kids and us were taken care of.
We've always loved or food and service here visited the restaurant in ten years 30 or more times . But todayWill be the last . All I wanted was to eat my breakfast and salt my food !!! Turned out it rained salt . When I showed the waitress there was no I am sorry or oh no I will get you more eggs ! It was not their fault. So then the manger came over and got the wrong table a raised her voice " I hear you have a problem with our salt shaker?" At the wrong customers , I knew at that time there wasn't any hope because of her attitude. Wasn't worth the time . I don't believe 1 star fits but that the worst I can give. Oh well I told my daughter her comment was it this waitress she told me her experience it was the same story different time. Yes it was. Very different.

The food wasn't really good quality. The lemonade was soo sour I couldn't even drink it. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs, which ended up actually being liquid eggs & wasn't even cooked all the way, the bacon was extremely greasy, my silverware wasn't clean & the saucer they gave me replacement scrambled eggs on was filthy & not clean at all. We couldn't even find our server to have the eggs replaced so my husband had to walk into the kitchen to have someone address our concern. The restroom was in disrepair and barely stocked. There were no toilet protectors in the holder & the single roll of toilet paper was just laying in the stall, not even placed on a holder. Needless to say we won't be visiting this location again.
