I was excited to bring my family to this place but when we got there, we were turned down because they didn't have enough people to serve us - this was according to the guy who was at the door. He looked depressed. And the place wasn't even full! Too bad for the owner who lost us.

I love writing my reviews to small local businesses that I visit showing my appreciation and of course the food is important, but for me, customer service is the most important thing. I walked to this place and were greeted by the barista named Sabrina whom was the only thing good about my visit. She made the most delicious coffee and were very sweet and told me my server would be with me but no one came and took my order for minutes I waited and yes there were tables who were already eating and two servers were walking around making no eye contact with me. I was like ?? I worked at the food service for years and I know how it goes and could be the most understanding person, but the thing I don't understand is how would you avoid to serve ? Sabrina realized no one was helping me and she kindly put the order for me. They were training someone in the kitchen that's why my order took longer but again I UNDERSTAND it's completely fine with me because I was in their shoes before too. I could not even take a bite because it was very late for my lunch break and asked to-go box right away and left without eating. I wanted to give 5 stars for my food but since I was unable to taste it, I gave three for how good it looked. I am pretty sure it is delicious because of their hard work I wish best to the new cook in the kitchen! And again I am well pleased with the coffee and Sabrina's kindness but still I had to give 1 star for the service because it should not be like this. How sad because I was really looking into to be the usual for this place and I work in a big company near by and let my colleagues know about this place because it is so hard for us to find a good coffee place around here other than Starbucks, but I will continue looking for other places. I wish my best to Sabrina though :)

What an absolutely abysmal experience. My daughter and I went for a brunch while out shopping and ended up leaving without even being served drinks. We waited 30 minutes for a table when they had open tables, and when we finally got sat there were 4 servers for 10 tables and after 15 minutes no one even came to get a drink order. Looking around the restaurant it looked like the service was slow everywhere with empty drinks and no food on many of the tables… I would not recommend and will not be returning.
Had the waffles and mixed fruit. Lived it. Will get it

What a beautiful surprise. Lovely Breakfast and coffee. Exceeded our expectations.
Just ok.Their waffles are fantastic. We only got plain because the rest of the waffle options had too many toppings. But the plain were great.Wife and I both ordered the same eggs. Hers were cooked well, mine were very overdone.Iced coffee was good.Bacon was nice and crispy.Ham was too salty.Hash browns were bad. Tasted old.

My family and I went to Waffletto earlier this month (2/3/24} and I was pleasantly surprised with how yummy their food was! Our waitress did a good job, the food came out at a decent time for how many people were in the restaurant when we arrived + sat down. There was a little bit of a wait, but food was definitely worth it! Also super excited to be told you could split a savory and sweet choice for one of the meals choices. Their potatoes looked good too from what I saw, but we didn’t order any this time around.Cons: The chairs are a bit uncomfortable for us chubbie bubbies as they curve in on the sides and the drink prices are definitely more expensive than I was expecting. Overall would probably eat the food again just as take out to avoid the discomfort of their chairs and drink a fountain drink from a gas station instead.

Literally one star I wish I could leave a 0 star this place is horrible I would never return waiters ignored us for like 30 mins before even walking up too me and my gf then ontop of that they messed up My food order and put avocado even tho I asked for none so nasty we wanted too stop eating the food no joke i really wish we would have went somewhere else not worth $45 dollars
