Ordered online to pick up n have lunch quick n ready.... doesn't help might as well just order when your there. Food got cold while I waited for the 4 cars in front to get there food. Also coke machine was broke. So couldn't get my beverage of choice. Think Fast food be Fast but no I should've just asked for a waitor. Thought I would satisfy a craving but just lost out on my lunch break and lunch. Shoulda did the norm and just take my nap. Now I know though. Hopefully whataburger can figure out how to get there lone moving or have separate lines for online and people who get large orders that take a while. I even ordered 20 min ahead and still had to wait 20 min to get my food. Smh #nofastfood

It's Whatavurger. we stopped and got breakfast. Nothing was exciting, but the food was hot and fresh. The staff was nice, and the service was slow, but overall, a solid 3 star.Go out there and have fun, my fellow Google travelers.

Chicken here is hit and miss, usually always undercooked inside with the tenders. I've had continuous issues with their staff not double checking drinks before handing them out. I have a medical condition and cannot have sugary drinks without a ER trip involved, and 3 times now, this location has given me normal soda over my diet/zero sugar ordered drinks. 1 sip in and it was obvious. I've spoken to their on duty manager once already and asked they use the indicators on the lids to ensure it doesn't happen. But it's happened 1 more time since then. I now just ask to be handed my drink empty and I'll fill it up, and for them to toss the 1 they made out. It isn't just a "fad" or weight loss choice, it's medical for many and can be dangerous.

Wondering why no line 6:50pm(10-11-24)Because there was not one car in the drive thru.Pulled up to the speaker, waited a few minutes smh, then gave my order, but then was asked how many ketchups I needed, I said one, didn’t hear anything for another couple of minutes, then was asked again how many ketchups, I replied one, then I was asked my name, that’s when I drove away, smhAs I passed through the drive through window, I saw the staff in a huddle in the kitchen!Never again!No time for stupidity!

Waited over 20 minutes for my food while waiting saw that other customers didn't get their order right or were missing silverware to where they got out of car from drive through to ask for one. Had I been notified there will be a wait on rings I would've gotten fries and avoided this

Just got my order and was all wrong in the drive thru they have a person taking your order and you would think that would help to make your order correctly but obviously not been going there for more than 12 years last time I will have a meal at least at that whataburger so so disappointing!!!!!
