“This is MY Safeway & I really like the "aged" employees who know what Customer Service is! Both in the store at the Gas Island! Guadalupe in CS, Josue in Butcher, James in management, Zuki, Jaime, Alex & Tristen, all great people! There are a few young ones who have the CS skills but there are few & far between! These great employees, plus some other are the reason we continue to go back. Please do not promote people on education or seniority, but ability! A degree/book smart does not make you skillful in your job! EXPERIENCE COUNTS!“

“Amazing staff. Low key ambiance. Really enjoyed the French dip. 3! Kinds of iced tea. Indoor and outdoor seating. The pastries are great. Only negatives were the salad and the fries. Lots of old lettuce and the fries were average and cold. Definitely great staff and good to see how well they worked together.“
