During the pandemic, we supported this business every week... we placed a Carry-out Order for 2 day's worth of food. Then their portion sizes started to vary, usually less and less. We mentioned it to the management, but they did not care. Consequently, they lost our $40+ weekly order in 2023. We resumed business with them in 2024. On 5/5/24, my husband went to pick up the order. They did not ask his name, but gave him the wrong order. My husband admitted partial fault, but had to drive back and they remade our order. Today I noticed 2 charges on our Visa. I called and spoke with the owner. She was argumentative and did not listen. Now we have to drive back down to straighten this out. Had she been more professional, we would continue to order here. Her priority was to collect her money regardless if we were charged twice. My husband & I have each had a business for over 40 years... we would love to help this owner understand how to deal with problems so that she doesn't lose regular customers.

the food is pretty good i like the beef sticks. sometimes they mess up the order though for delivery. the restaurant is decorated nicely and the service is good. the employees are sweet.

I've traveled all over the globe and this place is hands down THE best Chinese Food Restaurant around! I've always had a positive experience here. The delivery drivers are so nice and my food is always 5 stars. They serve big portions as well so you always get the best quality and quantity for your money. It's a nice gem tucked away here in Green Valley, anyone who says otherwise is either crazy or unhappy with everything in life and nothing will make them happy. Don't let them change get your mind, this place is so good and on a consistent basis (I've started working on my MBA while also working full time so I've ordered out a few times the last month, every time was great)

Good local Chinese food. Be aware that their "spiciness rating" seems to be biased towards the hotter side. I liked it, but one of our party asked for 5 out of 10 and it was too spicy for him.

I absolutely love this place. It’s my go to place when my husband wants to have a date out. Every time. Their servers have been nothing but kind and polite to me. It’s a quiet place. We’ve never had issues when we’ve brought our whole crew with us. And that means…8 people.I’m a huge fan of their dumplings ? I order them every time. Love their food.

We are frequently visiting Panda House, we love it because they inmediately welcome us with a big smile, service is great waith time is minimum and most importantly food is made and served on the spot.
