We had lunch there today and chicken was undercooked and raw on my intial order I did let the employees know right away and they gave me two more pieces and apologized for giving me raw undercooked chicken. However the two "fresh" pieces were raw and undercooked as well, I once again let them know and they did nothing but yet they continued to keep serving the chicken from the same batch that was raw and undercooked. I contacted the Manager per the sign on the counter who apologized as well and pretty much said he would check the fryers and asked what I wanted him to do about it. Not sure how the fryers would undercook my chicken but fully cook my wife's. I took one big bite of the undercooked chicken and the taste and feel.was just not right thats when I looked and noticed it was raw, now several hours later, I'm not feeling well at all, so irritated, just great this is all I need very annoying!

Ordered through meal delivery service. Food arrived hot. Had the spicy chicken sandwich which is out of this world along with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes and gravy were terrible but the sandwich made up for it. Would definitely order here again but skip the potatoes.

Probably the worst Popeyes I’ve been to. People at the drive thru always have an attitude, and something is always missing from my order on a consistent basis. Will definitely be taking my business else where from now on.

Love the morning staff. Always on top of it and getting orders out left and right literally. From drive thru to Lobby. They're packing orders faster than UPS. Keep up the good work morning crew. Especially that cook and shift manager.

Online order... The service here is the worst!!! I got a 6 piece wings and there was no sauce with it, I asked for it and the drive thru lady (very rude) said she had to charge for it, $1 ea. I left but came back because the rest of my order was wrong. They added bacon to the sandwich and I asked for the ranch that was clearly marked on my receipt and she said "ok I'll give you 1 ranch". No napkins, no utensils anything of that sort. I'm usually ok if my order is wrong, I understand but if you're going to give me attitude expect it back and I will complain if my order is wrong.

If i could give less, i would. Every single time the order is wrong . They rush you to order and dont listen to what you are asking for. I always blame management for not having expectations or fixing the problems . Save your money and go else where.

0 star experience. I will stick to KFC & Cains. They charged me for a 12 piece even though I order 6 and they still only gave me 6. Both drinks we watered down. I asked for BBQ sauce and none was provided. The fries portion was ridiculously small and hard as a rock. Chicken wasn't much better. They upcharged me for large drinks without asking. Lost a customer!

Outside lights were off it took 15 minutes to place my order cause young man kissing the crew member and eating his biscuits wow what kind business would hire young kids that have no respect
