We found this place by all the cute decorations and lights for Christmas. We were very excited to try some bbq for dinner. We both know our bbq and can be very picky. Well we got ribs, tri tip, and pulled pork. Our sides were the mac n cheese and potato salad. First the tri tip was so tender and flavorful I would definitely get that again. Next the ribs, the ribs were perfectly seasoned and sauced, its a must have. The pulled pork was the only thing that was not so flavorful, it needed extra sauce. As for the mac n cheese, I loved the smokey flavor of the cheese and the creaminess. I would have enjoyed the crispy pieces had there been an option. Next is the potato salad, and wow what a yummy surprise! Now for the service. Spot on, very lovely people who work there. You can really tell they care about their business and customers. We love this place and we will definitely go back.

New for Havasu. Had just finished a big yard sale and wanted dinner. Tried them out on a friend’s recommendation and boy, were they right! It’s a food truck, about 30 feet long parked in vacant strip mall lot. They have picnic-style tables with shades for those folks who brave Havasu in the Summer. Their meats are smoked on-site, and they have pretty good music playing. Their menu includes tri-tip, pulled pork and ribs, with your choice of sizes to order. They have a page on Facebook, but I don’t do Facebook at all, so you’ll have to look for yourself. They were out of pulled pork on the Saturday we were there since they had a very large order come in, but their tri-tip was excellent as were their pork ribs! Nice char on the outside, but juicy and flavorful on the inside. Cardinali’s is open from 11am-to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. When I asked what their Friday hours are, I was told that varies. Recommend you either call first or text your order to prevent having to stand in line. They have good BBQ sauce and a variety of different kinds of sides, including about 6 different kinds of fries. – including garlic fries which I ordered and enjoyed. Their coleslaw is pretty good, and I’m not a coleslaw fan. We will definitely go back!!!!

Excellent outdoor dining if you want to get out for a meal and social distance! You can place your order and have a seat to wait for your name to be called and in no time you have a nice tri tip sandwich and delicious potato chip like fries. I suggest this spot for a family or for a romantic date. Check the listing for when they're open.Not sure when the dessert truck is open, that will have to be on the next visit!

First time, so we had to order all 3 meats. I would say the ribs were the best of the 3, the tri-tip was ok (a little overdone), and I'll skip the pulled pork next time (no flavor, too greasy/fatty). The cornbread was very good and the Mac & cheese was good too.
