I never post reviews, but at 730pm, they're out of every meat except barbacoa. There's no rice. Not only that, there's nothing cooking on the grill. No one was inside when I walked in, so it's not like they were busy. Its not the first time it happens that they don't have multiple items.

Food great as always. They missed one item in my bag but fixed it quickly. The outside entry is very dark, several lights are out.Parking: The lot is a little tight and only one entrance up a steep driveway. Plus, you have to turn right upon exit, no left turns. It's kind of precarious.
I typically do not write bad reviews but after working for Chipotle for 8years and working for several locations I feel the need to speak up. I didn’t even know what chipotle was until I moved states 10years ago. Started working for this amazing company and learned so much about the food with integrity, about 13 characteristics on which we look for when we hire someone to be apart of our amazing team. Fast forward and I move back to Havasu and you can only imagine how excited I am to be able to satisfy my chipotle craving in my home town BUT more often than not I’m disappointed. From the dirty lobby, the line always being dirty and bare, and always being out of something. I understand things happen but the customer service and food lacks and you can tell every time. Pretty sad when half the town is disappointed when they hear chipotle because they all say the same negative comments. If you guys were to just make your customers aware of the situation like putting a sign on the door saying you are out of something and you apologize for the inconvenience, cleaning up the line after making a mess, and simply smile and make eye contact and let someone know you’ll be right with them it will make one heck of a difference. People always will remember bad service but can get over not so good of food! Remember chipotle staff this company can take you far and also can pay your way through college and for some people that is a lot more than they could ever ask for. Just simply asking for better customer service PLEASE!

My food had 6 pcs if asadas very soggy I was not pleased the entrance door was filthy omg the store inside so dirty server is making food you can see the back is so dirty gloves all over the floor absolutely

Chipotle for the win as usual for a solid vegan option! Had our usual sofritas bowl with guacamole. Ordered through DoorDash and the order was ready when we arrived. Substantial portions that feed two. Our go-to place for consistently tasty vegan options.

Idk who worked the night shift on November 8th but you guys are the absolute best. Me and my friend came in 15 minutes before close and told the guy at the front that we’d understand if they had already started closing up and we could go somewhere else if it was too late and he laughed and let us order still. He was very patient with us and cracked a few jokes too. Then they gave us free chips when we left. Definitely the best chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Thank you guys so much!!
