Ordered a bacon croissant sandwich and a iced vanilla coffee with cream no sugar… the sandwich had two of the smallest specs of bacon and the coffee had no vanilla and was just unflavored iced coffee… maybe one day they’ll figure out breakfast and coffee

As visitors from Canada and spending time in Lake Havasu, my wife and I have visited Dunkin Donuts a few time for coffee and a donut. Each time, the two young ladies that served us were very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. A huge shout-out for the great customer service! ? ??

Total bill was 47 dollars, only for them to not be able or know how to make a iced macchiato. Had them remake it once and it was the same. I guess you get just sweet milk with no coffee at this place. I won't be back.

I love this place early morning donuts are the best and they make some killer coffee but it's the employees bubbly happy to be at work attitudes that make the place so much better than some of the other coffee shops around

I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. I was charged for a bagel and 8oz. of cream cheese and the bagel wasn’t toasted. The manager didn’t know how to reverse the charge!

3rd visit with my daughter now and no donuts. Never have any donuts anymore.Trash cans over flowing.Tables always dirty.Plenty of employees..I only keep coming for my Daughter, I can’t say no to her.
