I went in the front door and at the till I ordered but I could not pay as many things were extra, the menu was so high and so small that I couldn't read it. Turns out I should have gone to the back of the store and come forward, if this had been mentioned, I would have been more at ease. The sub I ordered was something French and was the tiniest thing I have ever seen, it was also the only thing close enough for me to read. It was very good and at my age all I needed. In a place like lHC were old people are not rare there is room for improvement.

Absolutely disappointed. Placed a delivery order and received it over an hour later. One sandwich was wrong so I called. They said they would re make it and i had to come get it because they couldn’t deliver as it would take longer. So I went there. It was done when I arrived so I trusted they had it correct the 2nd time (my mistake) IT WAS WRONG AGAIN. I called them to let them know. The manager Riley said he was unable to refund me or help me because he can’t trust that it was actually wrong over the phone and I had to go there AGAIN. I got there he handed me a Refund and I explained their customer service was horrible the girl behind the counter Malia made a rude comment and rolled her eyes at me. Let’s just say I will NEVER be back.

They never put meat on my sandwich, employees no form of respect talking to other co workers but the customer general manager is a real ass on the phone I asked for the owner of the buildings number refused I guess cause they don't want to get in trouble totally unorganized overpriced and not very friendly. As a local I'll support a different San which industry in this town couldn't believe the behavior of the Gm on the phone

Music was way too loud. The kid taking our order was so soft spoken you couldn't hear him. The sandwiches weren't good. We've eaten at a lot of Jimmy John's in Vegas. This was our first time since we moved to Arizona. Not a good impression. We ended up paying for 3 sandwiches when we only ordered 2. Total rip off. Never again will we eat at this location
