Truly exceptional service from Stephanie as our server and wonderful food from Janet the chef! My boyfriend was not impressed with the coffee (hence 4 stars). He said it was under brewed, but the food was amazing. Never would have thought of putting avo toast on a raisin walnut bread but it works! The breakfast sandwich was huge and both came with a side.

I guess if you're getting a fru-fru coffee they may be ok. However, I ordered avocado toast with no cheese. I specifically said "no cheese" twice and the guy who took my order repeated back "no cheese". So, I thought I was safe. I took it back to my room and opened it up and... covered in feta cheese and a slice of melted fake cheddar cheese.For most people that's not a problem, but for me it is due to some pretty bad physical reactions I get to milk products.So, my choice was to go back and wait another half hour for them to make it the way I ordered, or throw away half the meal and deal with the reaction from the cheese I couldn't remove...none of which were good options.Also, the amount of food for the money was kind of lacking.I'm not a fan... probably won't return.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary concerns, go elsewhere.

It was odd. I hit “other” on tip and left $1. It’s a coffee shop, not a restaurant. I pulled my credit card out, and said “thank you”. The girl responded with “You’re not welcome.” Did she want a larger tip? This made me very uncomfortable. Also, the Pumpkin Loaf bread was cold and stale. Just a poor experience overall.

We went to the Local Grind coffee shop on 12-11-2023 at about 10 in the morning. Very nice environment and very, very clean. There was only a young couple with a baby ahead of us and the man had them do his Americana over ; it was apparently not made right. My wife ordered a small "Cafe Latte" and paid for it. The other young server made it and called it out. She said your " Mocha Latte" is ready. My wife said that she had ordered a "Cafe Latte", and the server said begrudgingly, that she would make it over. My wife said that would be ok, she would take it. We left and looked at each other like; only two couples and they got both orders wrong!! Wow, first they were slow and second they can not get an order right. Don't try to get a job at Starbucks, they will eat you alive !!

A few vegan options including avocado toast and oatmeal. We had an everything bagel topped with avocado and a decaf oat cappuccino. Several non dairy milk alternatives including almond, oat, coconut and macadamia. Friendly and accommodating staff to our dietary restrictions. Walking distance from an EV charger which was very convenient while we charged our car.
Took 25 min to get 2 coffees and it was me and 2 other people inside the guys didn't know what they were doing

Came out to Lake Havasu from California for a weekend. I was trying to catch the ferry over to the CA/Havasu Landing side and missed the 8:45am (which means I now had 2hrs and 15 mins to kill) so I was looking around for a coffee joint.I stumbled upon The Local Grind and I was blown away by how awesome it is! Nice whole in the wall dedicated coffee place with a nice coffee shop ambience, great small bites, and excellent coffee. I wouldn't go as far as to call myself a Coffee connoisseur or aficionado (though I did recently go on a mission to find the best local coffee places in Orange County, CA) but I think this place had some of the best coffee I've ever had!I come to Lake Havasu often - For now on, when I'm near London Bridge, I'll be stopping in to The Local Grind.(Hot Mocha was awesome)

We were visiting Havasu on a trip and stopped by before a long drive back home. Really great food items and amazing coffee! Great staff and a nice outdoor view! If you're in Havasu this is the coffee stop to visit!
