They're always kind and provide prompt service. The app wouldn't allow me to pick a fountain drink for a kid's meal. They happily changed out the milk for a sweet tea when I got to the window.

I've worked fast food before so I understand how things go and what not. At the same time, I think food service is getting worse as time goes on. I ordered 2 egg cheese biscuits and a large coffee with 6 cream and 6 sugar along with a couple of other things. I noticed the screen said egg biscuits, I told the girl taking my order those are supposed to be egg cheese biscuits. She said yes, I got that. When I got to the window I told her again egg cheese biscuits, not just egg. She just continued to smile and just agree with me. Got my food, and low and behold, two egg biscuits with no cheese. Took my receipt in and explained for the third time. I even told the manager I told the girl twice and she just shook her head yes to me and that was that. She took my biscuits and corrected them. They were cold to begin with. The folded egg tasted like it was still frozen or something. My coffee tasted like cold cream. It tasted like straight creamer and just a little bit of coffee. Lesson learned, will stay at home and make my own food that would taste a hell of alot better and be hot and fresh because nothing I got this morning was. It was quite clear that people today at fast food places don't listen anymore and just give you whatever they think you ordered.

I have a family of 6 so we ordered well over $90 worth of food. We ordered 52 chicken nuggets and did not get any sauces! I specifically ordered a double QP with No veggies because my husband is allergic to pickles and there were pickles on his burger and they said they threw in another free QP for the long wait.. Um. It was burnt to a crisp, with every bit tasting like a peice of coal and the fries were so underdone they were raw!!! HORRIBLE LOCATION!! WE GAVE THE BURGERS TO OUR DOG!

Every single time I go in the drive thru and they tell me to pull up and my food will be out in a second they never bring it. Not once in the past 5 times have they actually brought the food out to me I always have to go in and get it. They just forget about drive thru orders and are just standing around doing nothing back there. Absolutely ridiculous it takes 15 minutes to get my food from a drive thru.

I stopped here to get a late dinner through the drive-thru around 11. I used the mobile app to order ahead of time, which I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese large meal. Checking in through the drive-thru was easy since I was the only one. Getting to the window, my drink was ready quickly, but my food I had to wait about 5 minutes in the pick-up waiting spot. There's nothing special with this visit. Food was as expected. The Quarter Pounder was assembled in a more organized manner than other McDonald's I've gotten food from.
I was visiting Lake Havasu for business. My fries were burnt and had no salt, my burger that I ordered with light ketchup/mustard no onions/pickles was dripping mustard/ketchup and had pickles. And it had cheese. Hard to remove unwanted condiments when you're driving on the 95. Threw fries away - what a waste. Almost $15 for a plain little burger, fries and a tiny shake. Should have stopped at Culver's
