Horrible customer service, horrible employee attitudes. They're paying these people there $16 to $18 an hour now, however they're still acting like their old eight dollars an hour minimum wage selves. And now, a Big Mac, fries and a drink are costing the consumer $13.23 for what used to be around 7 or 8 bucks. NOT WORTH THE COST & AGGRAVATION OVER THEIR PETTY IMCOMPETENCE THERE! Save your money & go to a real restaurant.
I will stop coming here. I put in for table service and I still have to get up and get my order (I know lazy). Even if I order and get a table tent number I have to go pickup my food and then they made me walk back to my table and get the tent and bring it back to them. The food has gotten worse and customer service is terrible now. No one is ever smiling or outgoing. McDonald's has gone downhill.

1 fountain machine ice maker doesn't work and the soda just sprays out at you. Been this way for months. The fries are always cold or extra crispy. The staff do not know how to offer help when you stand at the non cash counter. You literally have to flag someone down. Given a choice, I would go to the other mcdonalds by the brige. Better food, better service and better equipment.
