Asked to make a split payment, cashier split the check instead? Then just “oh welled” and handed me change. Anti pasta had almost no toppings, cheese bread barely had cheese on it, wings were burnt and dried out, sandwich was ok at best. $50 for microwave quality food!??

Ordered a lasagna! We are located in the building across the street from them!! After 2hrs the food still had not arrived. When I called I was told it would be a bit longer of a wait because there were still other delivery orders ahead of mine! If I could have picked it up I would have. When it finally arrived it was cold and the cheese on top was hardened! Never ordering food from them again!! Oh and they have Zero customer service!!

Ordered a supreme pizza and it was delivered, opened up the box and took a piece but the only problem was that it wouldn't tear apart because it was not cooked, dough wasn't even toasted, so I called them up and told them and gave me crap about that I was wrong and it was fine, but finally said she would make another one and have it delivered, It was dry and burnt. I'll never go to Mudshark againstinks!

1/08/22 what a way to start the new year!!! Wife and I went for lunch, have for years, Wife had a dead cockroach in her drink. We will never return. Staff was like show and tell with the rest of the employees! Not even Im sorry.
Leaving at 3 stars The pizza tasted good but the customer service was horrible and they forgot to even cut the pizza into slices, and almost $30 for a 10 inch pizza and a small side of garlic bread and an hour and 20 min deliver time,You guys got to do better!

They use to be one of the best pizza place in town. Tonight thepizza was absolutely the worst pizza ever. It was under cooked (raw dough)and cold. Very disappointed.
