Check the price! I added bean cheese and rice to my burrito and they charged me seven dollars! That’s on top of the cost of the burrito! They never mentioned the extra charges!

Visited the drive-thru for dinner (and breakfast in one visit).Ordered two Red pork tacos (dinner).Picture of ONE of the tacos. Ate the other and the burrito without taking a picture.They were HUGE!!!I also ordered a bacon/sausage breakfast burrito to eat the next morning. Also very large!!Two VERY tasty and satisfying meals, one visit, with Medium Mr. PIBB for about $24.Very good value for the buck!!!(Missing a star for atmosphere. Heck, I went through the drive-thru)

The food is good, the atmosphere is okay, the service was really slow.
This review is NOT about the food, it was decent. However, the girl at the register was either oblivious or just didn't care. There was not a soul in the place or the drive up when we walked in around 1:30 today. The gal behind the grill had to call her 4 times to tell her there was a customer waiting....you could hear she was watching videos on her phone. Anyways, we ordered......then about 6 other customers came in, the tables were all dirty with dried salsa stuck to them. A male customer told her but she just shrugged and didn't offer to clean anything, so he did it. There were no containers at the salsa bar, another customer pointed it out to her, and again, she offered to do nothing. orders were coming out and she proceeds to prop her cell phone up on the counter and pay attention to that instead of her job. I used the restroom before leaving, the women's bathroom toilet was filled up with toilet paper and other. $#*&, the soap d was laying on the floor. I walked out and told the girl behind the register and she just stared at me. I know it's hard to find help, let alone mediocre help, but this chick was either stoned, hungover or just didn't care, maybe all three.
Should be a ZERO but the Horchata drink was good. The enchilada wasn't even heated up and cheese inside was solid. Zero flavor. The beef burrito resembled more of a vegetarian burrito with mainly onions and peppers sparse pieces of ground "beef". Guacamole can't be made from avocados, no way! It's some weird green paste/sauce or something. Who knows!?! $59 for three plates and a burrito and drink. Insane! Taco Bell (or fasting for the night) would have been 1000% better option!!

I am totally disappointed in the food and quality of the food. For starters, when I picked up my order it was missing an entire meal. The cashier told me it was all there. So after she check my bag, they then made the rest of my order. Then upon getting home to eat, there was no salsa, and the Carne Asada Plate (in which there was no flavor) there was only beans no rice. I am very disappointed in Rilibertos food, service and customer care. I am very unhappy.

We've been there a couple of times late at night and the food is so-so. Not many options when you get out of work late. We had the beans one night and they were really good! So we decided to go back during the day and get some fresh hot food.Well we spent $30+ to get lunch but we couldn't even eat it! The beans were so runny, like watered down refried beans, no flavor. I got the chicken asada combo platter. The chicken was grisly? I didn't think chicken could be that way. And saturated in oil. Ugh. My husband got the beef burrito which tasted more like weird pork. There was just a very bad taste to all the food.We will NEVER go back. At least I was able to eat my rice & lettuce. The Tortillas were half raw also. We gave them 3 tries. Nope!

First of all!! The service is horrible. The place is filthy overpriced food sad to go through the drive-thru and nobody acknowledge me sitting there and I went hello. They said it'd be with me in a moment almost 10 minutes later. Nobody went around. Went inside. Two people were in there place was filthy and by reading the reviews glad I didn't order.

the food isn’t ever that good and it’s incredibly overpriced for mid-tier food. the people tend to be rude and when i doordash or do uber eats there (as a driver) they frequently start making the food when i get there and it makes me as a deliverer/driver look bad.
