Romanos? More like Ro-ma-no-no! This place is a disgrace to pizza everywhere. I had the pleasure of waiting a torturous two hours for my order to arrive, only to be greeted by lukewarm pizza. I had to call several times to see where it was at, to which I only got a "it's almost ready"each time. And don't even get me started on the price! $132 for two pizzas and a side of chicken wings? I've had better meals from a freezer aisle. And to add insult to injury, they couldn't even bother to include a side of ranch for the wings or provide parmesan cheese or red pepper for the pizza. As if that wasn't enough, the poor Uber Eats delivery person had to wait an hour for the pizza to be ready cause her to I'm sure lose out on additional income. Save your money and your taste buds, folks. This place is a culinary catastrophe.

We had the best Italian food ever. I had the Fettucine and my husband opted for the meatloaf. Wow! And the service was terrific.

The place looked clean but the utensils and cups weren't as much. I ordered Diet Coke and there was something oily inside it. I asked them to bring me a new one and same thing. Either the cups aren't being washed well or something is wrong with their drinks. Loud noises from upstairs. Sounded like kidding running around. Very annoying to be honest. Not sure what was going on upstairs. Clam Chowder Soup - 7/10. It was too watery. I didn't even get crackers or bread with it. But tasted okay. Not bad. Pretzels Balls - 10/10. They were delicious. There were a lot of pretzel balls and the cheese was delicious. Chicken Marsala - 7/10. The mashed potatoes were weird. It seems like it was mixed with some oil or something. They were glossy. Never seen glossy mashed potatoes. Needed some salt. Veggies were delicious, and the chicken & mushrooms were delicious. Cheese Ravioli - 6/10. The cheese inside the ravioli was watery. Not sure why, not a chef, but that's not how it's supposed to be. I won't be back unfortunately.

The food is excellent, I mean really good. The risotto is awesome. Same for the Caciao de Pepe. Customizable also. Bartender went across the street to get a bottle of Bombay Sapphire for my martini. Overall one of our favorites in Havasu. Hidden gem for

We ate here for the first time last weekend, and were very pleased with the food. It was ALL delicious. My husband had Seafood Alfredo (not on the menu, but they made it for him), and the alfredo sauce was among the best he'd ever eaten. I had Chicken Fettuccini and the sauce on this was also really amazing. We also had the Pork Deviled Eggs for an appetizer. All the food was fabulous, and the service was extremely attentive and pleasant. The building inside and out is nice and the booths were very large and roomy. They're located very near other restaurants, and easy to drive by. But, please stop in! You won't be disappointed.

Our server had a table of 18 and about 8 checks in total. She did a fabulous job and even split a .eat for my dad and I since he's still working on getting his appetite back after a long hospital stay.

This place used to be ok, sucked the last few times. Thier manager chick is a POS and runs the place like a high school playground. I could get into specific, but apparently she thinks our hotel should provide us with silverware. I hope you hanging up on me paid off when I was asking legitimate questions. Never again! been coming to havasu for 30 years, every year I come back the service gets worse. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! And I hope whoever this new manager queen is fired for poor management skills! This inst Karen speaking, it's a dude who spent 70 bucks for a pizza and salad and was told, tough luck eat your salad with your hands. Nope!

Food's a little bland, and service is spotty. Overall, would not recommend this place as true authentic Italian cuisine.

Very exceptional hostess. Honestly, it's not bad pricing, in my opinion. The food was pretty good. The lasagna has a sweeter marinara/ sauce in it, not bad but definitely different taste. If you dont like anchovies, you won't like the ceasar. It does have a bit of a kick, but in my opinion and daughters, it's not too bad. We'll definitely go back again. The Romano rolls are definitely bomb!

Wow! We came across this place by accident and it did not disappoint we ordered the Chicago deep dish, mozzarella sticks, and wings. Everything was fantastic! The Moscow Mule, and old fashioned were made to perfection but what really made this restaurant great was our service! The hostess greeted us with a smile, the bartender actually walked our drinks out to our table and our waitress Amber was a vibe! She definitely picked up on our personalities and was a perfect fit! She was kind, attentive, and had great recommendations. If you have a chance to check in, definitely don't pass it up.

Got there at 7 expected them to be busy but wasn't to bad. We had to ask for silverware and napkins twice, my pizza was barley warm. Now how long did they let it sit there to get cold? The eggplant inside the pizza was crunchy not even cooked, the pizza was cold when brought to the table so I just ate enough to get rid of the hunger pains and recooked it when I got home.We definitely won't be back to this establishment
