The last two online orders I have placed through the subway app they say they did not get and I will have to pay again if i want them to go ahead and make my order no matter if I have proof or not. On top of that staff was super rude about the whole thing and wouldn't give me a number for customer service to get a refund on the order they didn't receive. Definitely not going to be visiting this location.
7pm drove up to door,place looks like it's closed. Mats piled up at door. Inside looked like they were going home early. The 2 "employees" that I have never seen before. Because the turnover of employees is a so common. I placed my normal sandwich order foot-long on white Steak And Cheese (Philly cheese steak) DELUXE EXTRA W Swiss toasted. And like normal I got the regular sandwich. NOT WHAT I WANTED AGAIN. And they Never offered to make it right. They stood there like nothing was wrong. That's it for me and my family. I will drive out to Walmart. They never get it wrong.
