Horrible attitude and horrible staff. We ordered our food, waited patiently for 1 hour before they canceled our order and yelled at the Postmates driver that they weren't making our food. Managment should be changed. What a disappointment.

Sorry but today I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through with only one car in front of me. 4 of those minutes was spent at the window which was never visited by an employee. I drove off.

Not super pleased with my experience with this Habit in Lake Havasu City. Twice I have been willing to try the service here. Not happy with either experience. First time, waited 45 min for a room temp burger and soggy fries. Second time, (as I sit here, outside) waiting so far 30+ min. No food, theh came and locked the door, with us outside with no food. She said she would bring it out.... and here I sit. Can't refill my drink, just waiting for the 60+$ of food I ordered. Definitely not coming back. I get that havasu has a hard time, but waiting 45 mins for fast food....? Do better.

Our order was a miss tonight. Found a piece of parchment paper in my daughter's burger, which I why I'm leaving this review. Regular fries were good, sweet potato fries were cold and actually didn't seem cooked all the way (raw) so I wouldn't recommend those. Side order of green beans were good. I also ordered a veggie burger that was crispy but super dry- they didn't put any spread or sauce. They also forgot to give us any of the ketchup or ranch or pickles I ordered- even though I had left a tip on our to go order. Not sure I'll come back here when visiting the area.

Should have read the reviews. They don't close until 10pm. Doors locked at 7pm. I'm the second car in the drive through and been sitting here for 30 minutes and counting. If I didn't order online and prepay (and now blocked in the drive through) I'd have left. I called the phone number and it went to a central call center. They called the location direct and nobody answered. So much for ordering online and picking up in ten minutes! Unbelievable. Update-Got my cold burgers and warm salad. Extra dressing apparently means no dressing. No dipping sauce for the chicken. Add utensils... no utensils. There was a nice lady who said she came from Phoenix to help with staffing but they just don't have enough people that's why the lobby is locked. CLOSE THE STORE UNTIL YOU CAN STAFF IT! I guess this is what credit card disputes are for.

Friendly staff and they always go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. Food is great, always fresh and hot. And - they have the best onion rings in town! Highly recommend!

I got the Santa Barbara Cobb salad which turned out to just be chicken, lettuce, a spoonful of extras, the guac on here is absolutely brown and looks disgusting. Absolutely lost my appetite. Let me know when it gets better and get like it used to be and the staff actually cares.

Habit Burger used to be our to ho for a burger...however today gave us second thoughts the patty melt was pitiful! Rye bread soggy, meat dry and i couldn't see any onions and the half fries half onions rings were were gross too... fries limp and only 10 of them and onions rings way over cooked!!! What happened Habit Burger??? However the saving grace was the gal at the window she was great!!!

First we had to order at the kiosk as everyone was busy in the back. Then it took 24 minutes to get our food. Guess they were waiting on our tempura green beans because as they were warm, our Ahi Tuna and Santa Barbara Char were ICE COLD. We have no Habit near us so usually enjoy going there but we will not be back to this location.
