Food its self is definitely delicious its the service that turns me away. Waiting in line and takes too long for how many employees are behind the counter. Plus their open sign says open till 6pm i went at 4pm and they said they were closed??? I don't waste my time here with rude service and prolonged food order service

My stay at Vee Quiva was great with the exception of my dining experience at Fatburger. The service was poor and slow. These people show get a lesson on customer service. The burger was extremely salty and it was sitting there for several minutes before they stared on my shake. One of the employees was eating what looked like fries directly from a bag of fries sitting there - disgusting. I really hope this is not indicative of all Fatburgers everywhere.

Don't eat here! I wish I would have read the reviews before choosing to eat here. The employees are a mess and shouldn't be working here. One of the employees was eating fries directly from the fries pan- disgusting - and her mask wasn't on right the whole time. The burger was salty as hell. I couldn't even eat half of it. Fatburger corporate should really check this restaurant out. It is definitely not up to standard. I had to come back and edit post as I witnessed two other people complaining about their service. C'mon Vee Quiva, get it together. I would rate 0 stars if I could. For reference, I dined here on 12/27 around 3pm.

The line took forever and that might be because they have the same issue as everyone else......lack of employees. A long line with only three staff members. Noticing the line, I would place a few patties on the grill to get things going but maybe they have their own process. I like things fresh as much as the next person but I also like efficiency ! They were out of chili by 8pm on a Saturday night. I figure that'll upset some folks. Placed our order at 8:45. Our number was called by 9:06. To be fair, again, short staffed. The staff was very nice and the food was very good. I got a shake and it was very good. I know we are in hard times and they weren't the only ones with a long line. Overall, it wasn't all bad and what would one expect inside a casino!

Just ordered a vanilla shake. Although there were larger orders in process ahead of me, I got my single item quickly and was not kept at the end of the line with my very small order. ... and the shake is excellent by the way!

Fat burger really need some workers that give a damn. The cashier is making milkshakes instead of waiting on this long a** line, really wtf . They move like they have molasses in their a*** Get better workers , your loosing business. Literally been standing in line for an hour. Terrible service. Get a cashier that wants to work

I received BURNT SWEET POTATO FRIES I went to the cashier to show and let them know the sweet potato fries were burnt and The Cashier argued with a bad attitude that the "BURNT SWEET POTATO FRIES " was not burnt The "BURNT SWEET POTATO FRIES "were so BURNT they did not even look like the picture they have on advertisement board. They were dark orangish black in color. So I left the "BURNT SWEET POTATO FRIES "on the counter, after the Cashier had an attitude. Then I saw a man in black chief outfit and asked if he was the Manager he said no with his head. The Cashier said she not here so I asked what is her name, the Cashier said her is name Romana. So I went and sat down and continue to eat, when the man cooking the burgers called me over for a new patch of sweet potato fries and told me, I should not have thrown the sweet potato fries on the counter, I did not throw the fries I just left them on the counter after the Cashier gave me attitude about the fries. I'm So glad they have Security Cameras so they can replay that moment back again This was Not the First time I have eaten SWEET POTATO FRIES that is why I ordered them. That Cashier and the Cook need more training on handling customers it's call Good Customer Service
