Food and snacks are as good as in their other locations but both ladies that work here always have a froun on their face and can't be bothered to welcome you or thank you for your business.
The customer service is very bad, the people in charge have to beg them to serve you and their attitude when serving you is terrible, the tables are all crooked and they don't turn on the air conditioning, it's very hot ?.

I wish we saw the reviews before coming. I came with some friends an hour before closing (so a decent amount of time you would think) and we ordered raspados. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. They were so stingy and the quality was terrible. Tasted watered down and sour. Service was rude when we asked for a different flavor. Overall, bad way to end the night and way overpriced.
