Had a good time, if I were to complain bout anything it would just be that we had to wait till we were just bout thru with our meals before we got refills on our drinks. But everything else was good.id go back again. Good Food.

Awkward experience overall, there wasn't a host at the front to take orders or seat anyone for like 10 minutes when I got there, so a bunch of people were waiting at the front (I placed a to go order). The wings were pretty lackluster and greasy. There are a lot of flavors to choose from though.

When I asked for restaurant seating, reluctantly seated at a table 3 steps from the host desk so she wouldn't have to walk anywhere. The entire dining room was empty. I went there on a Monday to eat. It took 2 hours to get food. It was busy, and they were significantly understaffed. The food was slightly cold, and I was disappointed. There were no utensils and a dirty restaurant that night.

Service was horrible. Understaffed. Not greeted by any employees but they walked by without acknowledgment. Long wait times. Tables dirty. Decided after a long wait to get takeout, hoping it would be faster yet it was not. I can see why the ratings at this location tend to be lower.

ordered some wings and fries for pick. I received the message that my order was ready for pick up. I drive up to the curbside pickup area, call that I have arrived and the employee at the phone says they will try to bring it over because they are busy at the moment. why have curbside pick if the employees don't want to try to bring up the food. I wait about 10 minutes, go inside and ask for my food and the front desk employee says if I can wait 15 min because my order is not ready.

Went to Laveen' s Nativeon Grill on a Tuesday, because it was my grandaughter's birthday and she wanted to try it. The waiting time was soooo long. It was not crowded and we waited 10 minutes for a booth. Then about 36 minutes for our food. I kept asking our waiter about the long wait and he said that they were undetstaffed. When our food finally arrived it was dissapointing and not well presented. I wanted to enjoy this place because it was my first time here and it's close by, but I refuse to pay again for low quality service and mediocre food. Will NOT be returning.I mentioned this to some friends and they said that Native grill is known for long waits and inferior food. Save your money and go to closeby Black Bear's Grill in Laveen, which serves great, great food (their cook is excellent and receives many compliments) and the service is excellent.
