It's crazy that they have mastered fast food sushi. It's actually really good and in a fast food setting. It was our first time there. Ordered for take out and was in and out 15 minutes.

Everything here is underwhelming. The food has gone downhill. This was never a 5 star establishment but they used to serve decent food. Today, the rice was over cooked, gummy, and sour. Nothing tastes fresh. I would never come back, especially considering the prices.

The staff is rude and their policies are stupid. I ordered chicken Katsu. I asked for the sauce on the side. They told me I could get the off brand stuff that they bought from the store on the side (some kikoman brand) and I said we wanted to regular sauce if comes with just on the side. They're not the same. Period. She told me no. They're not allowed to give sauce on the side. She then tried to tell me they didn't have containers, and I pointed to the containers, and she's like no I can't give that to you, I'll have to charge you extra. Like, I'm not ordering extra sauce I just want the sauce I paid for.

I felt so uncomfortable dining at this location because I think it was the boss yelling at the workers and it was just so disrespectful I heard everything. I almost told her to chill because I felt bad for the young workers. My family and I are definitely never coming back if that's how their workers are treated.

Food was mediocre, no wasabi with your sushi roll?!?!?! Shrimp was overcooked and rubbery, chicken teriyaki was dry and thin, and the spicy teriyaki sauce at the sauce station tasted like spice ketchup and ruined an otherwise less than mediocre dish. The portions are tiny and the best thing about the meal was the soda! This can all be overlooked if it wasn't for the absolutely terrible customer service. I would have felt more welcome in a Russian Gulag. I'm sorry I'm bothering you ordering food when there are 10 food options with in a 30 second walk. When you can't get the staples right how can you ask for $40 for a simple lunch and a tip?!?!? Stay far away from this place, there are such better options around. Personally, I will not be coming back, you have been warned!

Food & service are typically good here when things function normally, but when there's an issue, they don't seem to resolve it well.Found hair in my food before starting to eat so I asked for a refund (they didn't seem serious about correcting their cleanliness & it was no longer appetizing). THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS ON-SITE...who does that? I gave them back the food & left a voice mail at the number on the receipt they had me call. They didn’t answer or return my call so I emailed & followed up twice & left another voice mail. It's been a month.Sounds like they don't plan to make right their wrong & purposely give their customers a run around. Very disappointed in their management.
