One of the worst burgers I’ve ever had! My mom & cousin got super sick from eating at one of their food trucks. They don’t have a basic cheeseburger with lettuce & tomato. They don’t have mayo or ranch as an option. The meat tastes old. The buns are cold & stale. Super expensive for the extremely low quantity. I wouldn’t eat it if someone paid me.

This burger place is located inside the Fry's at Camelback and Litchfield Rd. Upside was offering cash back, so I decided to check it out and was very pleased with everything. I had the classic aioli burger and the loaded fries. The burger was nicely cooked and very juicy and the thousand island aioli had a great flavor. The loaded fries had a lot of toppings, all of which mixed together for a great tasting side. I'll definitely eat here again and have already suggested it to a few people.

The food is good, service is terrible. Try calling in your order, they'll hang up on you every time, and give you a fresh excuse each time when you have to place the order in person and wait. I've complained to their main location, nothing changes. The problems persist regardless of employee changes.

Don't order online! To order you have to go through Storefront by Doordash. They took my money, but the store never got the order. Doordash keeps saying the store canceled my order. Even though the store never received it. Now Doordash is saying my money has been refunded but it hasn't. And I'm still hungry.

So here's the thing the service was great. The guy was very nice and very helpful and the pricing. If you look in the picture, isn't that bad it's about what you would pay at any fast food place. You do have to add three dollars if you want fries and a drink, the kids meal does not come with the drink. But for me, the meat was just way over seasoned the fries was decent. And I'm not sure if I got the aïoli sauce on my burger I didn't really taste it. I hate to give this place three stars because I did like the people Mika she was very friendly. He made the food very fast but when it comes to the taste it wasn't the best or maybe he just needs to watch how much seasoning he's putting on. Like I mentioned the pressure is not as bad and you do get a good portion of everything so overall I think I would give it more about 3 1/2.

My husband and I go here often. The aioli burger is my favorite. But. It seems like the cooks can't take a correct order for the life of them. I ask for no onions and doesn't fail that I get onions still. Out of all the times we have gone here I can count on 1 hand that I have gotten my burger correct. If you go here. Check your food before leaving the building.Update - *SpongeBob narrator voice*3 months later...Went today and no onions finally, again, I should say. The last 2 times we went my burger was made correct! Good job on finding employees that actually listen to requests.

Made another stop and they didn't disappoint! Hot, fresh, delicious! Classics both with beef another with chicken and they were hands down good. Aiolis in chicken and beef also without a doubt very delightful! Darnell was fast and organized even when packing to not confuse the orders! Thank you! We will be back!

A few weeks again, I had a Aioli burger at an event. I was so impressed that I had to have another. New to AZ, my husband and I needed up in a grocery store. Not sure if it was the location but it wasn't as good as I had remembered.
