Let you know about very poor treatment by a "manager" there via email. Have not received an email reply. Trying to keep it private at this point with you because I'm hoping it was a fluke of some kind. Your staff needs sensitivity training.

A great day people watching and fortunately we were able to bring the star of our party, Winston. Being able to bring your dog friend is next level fun. Alana was great keeping us hydrated and fed, and made sure the pup was comfy with his ice water. Lucky they have umbrellas there because the sun was out and even though the temps weren't high, sunburn was possible. Overall a great place to hang out and have a drink.

Wigwam Red's Grill is losing it's flare. Red's Grill was once a great place to take our family for brunch, lunch and dinner. It's been a staple brunch location for our family after church for more than a decade. Their service has taken a turn for the worse this year. Its been extremely disappointing the last few times that we've eaten there, their wait service has been rude, the wait-time for our food has taken longer than normal and a relaxing dining experience has become frustrating and far from relaxing. Expect to only have one drink because no one comes back to give refills or take any new drink orders, the food took forever and the gentlemen bringing out our food order was rude, rolling his eyes at us and didn't have any customer service experience. I would say the experience was pretty appauling for being at the Wigwam, I would compare our experience to eating at Denny's.

I eat pancakes here often on the weekend. Today, I had an omelette and 1 pancake. The omelette was good, and prepared the way I requested it. I was extremely disappointed with the pancake. After a couple of inquiries, I was informed that the kitchen ran out of one of the key ingredients. I realize that can happen. That one missing ingredient resulted in the pancake looking and tasting very different. I wish someone had gone to the grocery store, that was just a couple of blocks away, when it was clear that they would run out of such an important ingredient. If that situation happens again, I would suggest they take pancakes off the menu that day if they are not willing to do what it takes to make sure all ingredients are available in the kitchen! Very, very disappointing.

Was there for happy hour on National Margarita Day, they didn't have any major specials for happy hour, you just get $2 off the drinks. I had the nachos, which were really good. My friend had the chicken chopped salad and it did not look or taste good, so she ordered hot wings instead and those were good. The best part of the restaurant is the views. It's on the Wigwam gold resort so it has a resort patio tupe of feeling. They have tables with a fireplace to keep warm when it's colder. The ambiance is very nice!

DON'T GO! We had dinner reservations and were seated right away. There were many people there but it wasn't packed. We sat in the patio, which was a nice atmosphere. We placed an order shortly after arriving and it took 1.5 hours to get our food! The server told us multiple times that the food would be "right out", but it wasn't. When the food finally arrived, two of the dinners were good (not great), the burger was okay at best, and the Chicken Alfredo was tasteless and cold. This was the worst dining experience we've had anywhere in the Phoenix metro area. We'll never go back.

The lunch started out great and then 4 foul mouthed obnoxious people were seated across from us and when I spoke with the manager he did very little to correct the situation. I was told I could move tables and we carried our own food and drink to another table. The server was so nice and tried to make up for it. She was wonderful but unfortunately I will never go back. Have dined twice at Litchfield's in the Resort and never experienced issues like this. The manager should have asked the people to leave. Very bad!

Food isn't that good... A friend ordered the chicken chopped salad and literally had one sliver of chicken. I ordered the chicken wrap, and it reminded me of a gas station wrap. Staff is friendly, but they are very under staffed. Overall, for the prices, the quality and presentation are extremely poor, the restaurant area needs to be deep cleaned, and they need more staff.

Went to the restaurant around 5:45 with reservations. We were seated by hostess, busboy gave us waters and said our waitress would be right over. After watching 3 different wait staff ignore us for 20 minutes we got up and walked out. Stopped the hostess and told her the situation and all she could say was “oh, no.” Will not be going back and will be sharing this information with all our friends here at the condo. Too bad, this is within walking distance from our home
