They have yet to get our order right. Anytime my son orders 3 sandwiches and at least 2 of them are wrong. We pay extra for double meat on one and never seem to get it. Guess it's time to move on to another sandwich shop.

Stopped by on my way home from work to grab something to eat. I said hi to the guy working behind the counter and asked for a six inch meatball on Italian herbs and cheese. He made it a foot long and instated I asked for a six inch but I would take the foot long and give the other half to someone else. I asked for pepper Jack cheese toasted, he added american and threw it in the oven. Then I asked for my veggies and he skimped everything, I asked for salt pepper oil vinegar and he only added vinegar and salt, so I said pepper and oil please. I went to pay and he bagged my sandwich and I left. I got home and opened my sandwich and it was someone's online order with their ticket in the bag along with their cookies and everything. I more than likely won't come back to this restaurant, this was a terrible experience for being the only customer in the store at the time. Both employees working didn't greet me when I walked in or even acknowledge my presence and seemed very discontent working.

The sandwich artist was clearly new, and he overloaded the vegetables. He didn't even bother to cut one of them. Poorly wrapped them and just shoved them in the bag anyway. clearly in need of more training.

Emily was full of consideration while making my sub. She actually asked if i wanted my extra cheese on the side of the sandwich or top. She was very kind and the Christmas music in the back was a nice touch. Well done. Sandwich was great!

Since this is close to my house i always gravitate to this location however like always the veggies on display always look old or dried out. The lettuce today like always looked like it needed to tossed out and a new batch brought in.This place really needs to stop cutting corners and start putting out their best products forward. I'll start going out of my way to the goodyear location.
I'm only giving 4 stars cause the manager was excellent the girl making my sun was RUDE she kept trying to put stuff on my sandwich and when I told her she had an attitude!

The little light skin girl inside looks like she might be new or something needs to properly be trained on cross contamination. Me and my girlfriend went inside and got two sandwiches while making both she never once changed her gloves and mixed all the ingredients from both sandwiches together I am very displeased knowing that they have been trained on this and that anyone who gets multiple sandwiches while there that might have food allergies could get sick, this is not a bad establishment but definitely would want my food to be prepared the correct way.

I ordered a salad and a footlong to dine in, since I was very hungry to my surprice I didn't get a fork to eat my salad. When I requested one they said they didn't have any. How do you expect someone to eat a salad without a fork? Why you didn't inform me before I ordered a salad? How you can't even buy a small package when you have a Basha's next to you. I even left them a 15% tip before knowing this poor service.

I used to enjoy going to subway. Always had great sandwiches, however was recently there with 2 friends, I am not sure what happened but the food was the worst we ever had at a subway restaurant. Sandwiches were very salty, and just not very tasty. They were great before I'm not sure why they changed everything, I gave a 1 star rating the staff was very nice but the food was nothing like it used to to. Listen up Subway the change is not good.
