I see I'm NOT THE ONLY ONE! This Taco Bell refuses to take your order. They try to make you use a kiosk even with no one in dining room. Finally a girl took my payment at the drive thru till, but they refused to use the 2 tills in the dining room. Food upset my stomach as well. I will not go back to that location. No customer service anymore, only interacting with a computer.

I just went through the drive through at this location. They made me wait 20 minutes for “fresh fries” in their parking lot. My fries are stone cold and hard. I ordered a bean and rice burrito and got a beef burrito instead. I’m vegan, so that was a fun little surprise. Thank you for making my morning even worse than it already is. I would rate 0 stars if possible.

Just ordered a Breakfast Crunchwrap meal got home but when I tried to bite it was rock hard hurt my tooth at first I was just going to take out the hash brown but not only the hash brown was hard but the sausage patty was hard the CHEESE was hard It Just looks like a day-old sandwich called the store and the manager is going to tell me that I can’t get what I actually paid for bc breakfast stops at 11:00 which i called before 11:00 but she kept asking for my name and going silent till it became 11:00 and tells me I’ll have to come back Tommorow like I wake up this early everyday

Wanna charge me extra for a side of potatoes. I don't get the sour cream or cheese I shouldn't pay full price for a Fiesta potatoes. That why you have the option on your pos system for a side of potatoes. And we I called to complain the person in charge hung up on me. I'm calling corporate for sure.
