Absolute great food. For some reason tho the enchilada sauce was way too hot today. We love spicy Mexican food but this was too much. I love the food here and the service was outstanding.

The locals told us this is the best restaurant in town. I loved the menudo. Tasted fresh, perfect amount of spice, came with telera bread, freshly chopped garnish (cilantro, green onions) and limes. Wasn't a drop left in the bowl after I got done with it.

Stopped here after a hike. Great tacos and enchiladas. The red sauce was especially good. Nice service. Reasonably priced.

Wanting to go for a ride, we headed to Mammoth and anticipated going to La Casita. It was closed but LAR was open. We have driven by this establishment for years, always saying that we should try them. Well we stopped this time, and we had a great experience. Sara, the waitress, was excellent. Being a taco lover, I ordered the three ground beef taco plate and wow. This was the first time I ever had a taco, not a street "mini taco", that had a filling with the taste, content and volume that matched what I get at home. Other restaurants should get their act together. The wife had their special quesobirria tacos and she now has a new favorite mexican restaurant. We noticed other patrons plates and they looked tasty as well.

Love the food from here. The pizza is surprisingly delicious. Meet lots of nice people here. A bit of bad language from some of the guests so not sure if it's kid friendly.

Worst place I’ve ever been too. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but that’s not an option. The food was bland, red chili tasted like red chili powder and water nothing else. The chili relleno was dry, tough and burnt. I couldn’t even cut it with my fork. Waitress informed me very offensively that’s why she gave me a knife. The service? Oh my gosh!!! I’ve never been treated like this before! I was insulted and belittled for not ordering a pepsi. Wow! I’ll never go back again. Mi Pueblito, a short way away is excellent. Food is great and service is very friendly and you won’t be insulted.

The Best Food I have eaten at a restaurant in Arizona!!! Authentic from Michoacan. Perfectly seasoned ground beef in the tacos, and chicken in the flautas, tilapia was cooked perfectly. The salsas are just the right amount of flavor and spice. It's about an hour from home or I would eat there more often. Oh, and got some of their Tamales too.
