hate saying this but i just had a TERRIBLE experience over at bisbee in downtown marana. im shocked because weve always had such excellent service and food any other visit.i ordered my eggs over easy, as i have been doing my entire life. when they arrived i noticed that the egg whites were still very runny, and as anyone with what i assumed a basic understanding of food safety might tell you: undercooked egg whites are a safety hazard. over easy simply means that the yolk is fully runny, where over medium its semi-soft. ALWAYS the egg white should be cooked.when i brought up my concerns the waitress brushed me off saying "thats just how we do it here" and when i tried to explain that is not what over easy means anywhere else and theyre PURPOSEFULLY undercooking eggwhites she became very snide and snippy and condescending to me saying "well thats why we have the asterisk on the menu about consuming raw food". i wound up leaving in tears because i no longer feel safe eating there nor did i want to be snipped at anymore.when we got home i tried to call in to speak to a manager; guess who?? same snippy rude response. a customer is telling you that youre doing something unsafe and your response is to be snippy and tell me thats just how its done?? awful, even if i WAS wrong the response was so condescending. i would have been happy to drop it if she had been the LEAST bit appologetic on the phone, but here we are.we loved going here and now we wont be going back, not even just for safety but because the customer service i got in response to raising a valid concern was appalling.and if it IS bisbees practice to cook eggs over easy like that then they need to change that because they could get someone very sick so hopefully one of the decent managers sees this and raises the concern, because i have a feeling this manager isnt planning on actually saying anything.guess its good a dunks is going in after all ?‍♀️

Very busy. Was told 30 minute wait but was only 5. All dishes we tried were exceptional. The grilled cheese was great. Wingdinger was good. Waffles were good. I can see why this is a local chain and very popular.

We enjoyed this place so much, we came here twice! Great place for breakfast. The drip coffee is phenomenal and the country biscuits are the size of a softball. I had the harvest omelet with the home fries. Deeeeeeelish!!! Ask for it to be smothered in green chili sauce!

Although I love the original BBC in Bisbee, this one was disappointing. The portions were on the small side for my chicken fried steak and the home fries. $4 for coffee and we had to track down the mask wearing server for a refill. All in all expensive and disappointing.

Marana location, order was incorrect, sent it back to get what I ordered. Different order, breakfast potatoes were cold. Black hot tea with a fancy pillow tea bag had no flavor at all. 1st visit not good.

This is a busy restaurant with extremely fast service. We sat at the bar & watched the cooks prepare the meals. They are organized, friendly & fast. The head cook calling out orders favorite phrase was “please & thank you” This was interesting to watch. The food is good for all American type cuisine. I had the chicken stuffed avocado salad which was ok. The chicken was kinda dry with few very grapes & the salad was dry arugula. The candied walnuts were delicious. The coffee was really rich & smooth. They had oat, soy& almond milk, yay!The waitresses & cooks are super friendly. It’s like a lot of local single men frequent this restaurant as they all knew each others names. The waitresses were familiar with what the people like to order! It was a “Cheers” type environment. It was a pleasant experience

Sit down restaurant with limited hours for breakfast and lunch. Menu offerings are good with nice variety. Server was nice though we waited over a half hour for food and server didn’t come back to refill drinks. Food was mixed. I had a roast beef sandwich, which was pretty bland with deli roast beef. My French fries were cold but had good taste (of the semi warm ones). My companions liked their breakfast selections.Parking is in front. Small parking lot but there’s dirt parking nearby. Seating is tables and booths. There’s an outside patio as well.

Today, Super Bowl Sunday, was my first visit to Bisbee Breakfast Club. I've heard high praise about this AZ based chain from friends. My wife and drove from Green Valley, AZ to Marana location to meet a friend from Chandler. Easy access just off Interstate 10. Arrived around 11 a.m. expecting it to be busy, but it wasnt crowded at all. Restaurant was neat and clean. We received a warm welcome by staff and were seated immediately. Waitstaff offered us both coffee and quickly served drinks, including water. Excellent menu options with breakfast on one side of laminated menu and lunch on the other. My wife and I both ordered scrambled eggs with hashbrowns, meat and English muffin. Our order was served warm but not sufficiently hot, which was disappointing. Eggs were moist and tasty, but hashbrowns were dry. Meat portion was generous. Our order included a pitcher of Mimosas, which were good. Before leaving, I used bathroom which was clean, but paper towel dispenser was empty. Based on quality of waitstaff and menu variety, I'd give Bisbee Breakfast Club another try, but perhaps at a different location in Tucson area.
