I went there for the the first time and the cashier had poor customer service, the way she answered my question was very rude. I was number 59 and she gave an order ahead of me their meal, and her only answer was mine wasn't ready yet. She tried to deflect the question to.
First time visiting a Charley's and I must say if you like Steak umms you're going to love this place. The staff was friendly and the wait time wasn't bad for my order considering the time of day. I'll be sure to try the other items as my BBQ Cheese Steak was really good.
