Great meal. The bread service was tasty and the veal cheek was really tender. Excellent manhattan and the service was on point. Very helpful on meal descriptions and knowledgeable on all aspects of the menu. The lava cake was great and plenty!

The 'Grassland Tenderloin' (steak) and the Seafood Risotto were superb; perfectly prepared and delicious. The service was attentive and friendly, but not the least pushy. All in all, a perfect evening.

Came here for Valentine’s Day dinner. Although the food was good, the wait time and service was not to the level of the price of admission. If I am paying $165 per person not including drinks, I expect the service to be impeccable and the arrival of food to be equally outstanding. It was not. Although I left a gracious tip, had I dined alone and received the exact same service, I would probably have left little to nothing. A high end Restsurant will serve a four course meal ensuring all the amenities are present I.e. flatware for one. We had to ask for additional flatware throughout our meal. When the meat arrived, we were not offered a steak knife. The servers were friendly and good intentioned but they were not well trained. I was left very disappointed after a $440 bill for two people and one cocktail. Dismal Doubtful of a return. Three stars is more than the review deserves. Surf and turf- meat was great, the lobster was served luke-warm. Oysters on the half-shell were extremely small. Bread was fair. Presentation for most everything was nice. Desert was very nice.

They put a lot of attention into both large and small details, and made it a very special evening. Our server John was excellent! Core made Valentine's Day a very special event.

Our servers were fabulous and the food was good. The biggest detraction from a better score was the yahoo in the kitchen who thought it was funny to yell out orders at the opening of service. You could tell this was for laughs, not a matter of practice. Until the restaurant was busy, we had to listen to his barking and laughter. It was such a distraction from the otherwise beautiful ambience and professional service.

High end restaurant with really good wine list and wines by glass. Great interpretations of recipes. Corn chowder was outstanding as well as sea food risotto. Expensive but service is great and you get what you pay for.

Core Kitchen and Wine Bar is the ultimate night out! I did not see a salad on the menu that I wanted and so I asked our server, Marcus, about a different one and of course he brought me exactly what I wanted. The Salmon was perfect and my husband had a delicious steak! Marcus was so attentive and kept the food and drink going seamlessly. Also, the bread and assortment of butters and salts was to die for! Dining in this restaurant is a delightful experience!

Reserved a table for 5. Everyone raved about the food and drinks. Shared two wagu tomahawk steaks ... excellent. The cocktails were wonderful and imaginative. The carajilo for dessert is quite the show and really tasty. One of the best restaurants in Tucson

I was traveling alone but was impressed with menu and wanted warm and savory food. I sat at the bar and had excellent service. I chose one of their seasonal starters with asparagus and burrata (a play on the caprese salad) and finished with the salmon. Both were exquisite! Wine list was extensive and I chose a French burgundy but there are plenty of other options of cocktails. Anything you essentially desire! Will definitely eat there again. Perhaps during the same trip!

Celebrated our wedding anniversary in the restaurant and the Food was exquisite! Restaurant staff are so wonderful and approachable. So overall it has a great service, great value, cleanliness and high-quality food. Will definitely come back.

High end fine dining here, from the website I’d thought it was more casual. Remarkable quality of food. The menu does not have burgers or anything less than expensive, so take your wallet.Shown are the salmon and the lemon cheesecake.

Ridiculous prices lol

If you're expecting the level of service that typically accompanies fine dining - look elsewhere. This restaurant really seems to lean in to the “casual” nature of being located in a resort but the meal was very disappointing from a service and value perspective. Further, spending nearly $300 on a meal where none of the dishes were particularly original nor exceptional is somewhat disappointing. I'm happy to pay high prices, but then at least service should be better. Our server disappeared for 20+ minutes after dropping waters and hardly apologized upon return. Just not something I have ever experienced at a supposedly high end place. Food is overall decent but you can find these dishes or better versions at dozens of restaurants in NY, LA, Chicago, etc... again, fine but not worth the high price tag. Especially the “variations of asparagus” dish which was asparagus prepared just one way (cold) served with substandard burrata and a couple of melon balls. Very odd.

This chef does not deliver a consistent preparation. We ordered the corn bisque a month ago and it was very good. This last time it was just so so. The pasta dish was terrible. Gummy pasta and a thick blanket of congealed cream sauce on top. I couldn't eat it. They brought two slices of bread. Not the same as before either. The first time was soft and warm. The next time cold and dry. Don't try the asparagus appetizer. It's two green asparagus and two white asparagus with a ball of burrata and a few melon balls. Not good. Not cooked at all. And cost over $20+ ... We stopped going there because the food wasn't worth the price. Then we decided to try it again. It's too bad, we live close by and would go regularly if the food was good, consistent, etc. But paying $200-300 for two people and getting less than marginal food is just not worth it.

An excellent location. Easy to find; spectacular views; terrific service. Great selections, both with the wine menu and main courses. Expensive, but good value. Strongly recommend although a bit pricey.
