The staff is very friendly here! I always get the chile relleno burrito or the el campeon burger, my husband recommends the habanero wings as well!!

Good food and service. It is by far the closest restaurant to our house so we have been there several times. We have not been disappointed ever. The building isn't fancy, but it was a general store in the middle of nowhere for 30 years prior to becoming this restaurant.

Food was good...fresh, flavorful and good portions. Staff was super friendly, drinks were cold and the booths were comfortable. The condiment bar was fresh and fully stocked and the bathroom was nice and clean. Laid back environment and accepts Google pay. My kind of place, definitely recommend!

I ordered 120 breakfast burritos for a staff appreciation event at work. When I picked them up, they were individually wrapped in tin trays with large tin trays of green salsa, red salsa and sour cream. It was a nicer presentation than expected! The burritos were delicious. Our staff loved them and kept asking asking where they were from. We will continue to support El Campéon and I will definitely order their catering again.

Had lunch there today. So glad we stopped in, it was delicious! Very authentic. Decently priced it is definitely worth the drive if you are not already in the area. As I am sure we will be returning. They have a nice huge dining area with booths and tables.

Older place on the corner of Anway and Avra Valley stumbled on it by mistake thinking it was still the corner store and glad we did. Had the combination plates one with Pollo and one with Carne Asada. It was fast, fresh, and delicious. Tastes authentic and fresh salsas, to choose from. Great food for the price.

I stopped by this place on my way to a job I am working on, I was impressed with the staff n service, very kind n professional, everyone very professional n busy, spacious n comfortable, sports bar n TV, I ordered the carnitas taco plate w/ rice n beans on flour tortillas, also the pollo(chicken) tacos on corn tortillas also w/ beans n rice all for under $22.00 w/ tip!!! Very happy n food for my taste was excellent n delicious ?!
Excellent food and great service. It is located in the old Valley Mart convenience store building.The carne asada is excellent in the burrito and quesadilla. The Sonoran dog is quite good. The El Campeon burger is a full real burger with excellent ingredients.All ingredients are fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.I highly recommend this establishment for dining in Avra Valley.

Outstanding burritos! Very fast. Took less than 5 mins in and out. I would say they are a little on the pricey side. But it would cost me more to drive into town and back (they are right around the corner from the house). So, all in all I think it was a win!
