Food Was ok. Service was slow. They forgot to order our appetizers so that ended up coming with dinner. Good place to go once to say you went. Hard to imagine going there often.

You need to be careful where you sit inside if it's cool outside because evey time a door opens you get a big cold breeze.... other than that, we love Ignite. The sushi is outstanding, and so are all the rolls and appetizers.

So, in regards to bar food and ambiance, it was excellent! My server, maya, was on pointe, attentive and I could not raise a finger without attention. Honestly, the food was good too! This bar is known for the sushi which I did not order (my fault!) but, I had the salmon and it was delicious. If you are going to the ritz Carlton at five mountain- you NEED to make reservations here for at least 1 or 2 nights. Do not mistake and think you can walk in. The scenery makes this a coveted spot! And, I was at the bar this afternoon getting a post hike glass of wine (aka: needed a break before walking back to it room) and the mid afternoon vibe by a group of ladies ordering drinks made it hard to leave! Cheers! Will definitely be back!

Service was high quality, all needs were attended to. however, the southwest style salad came from a can: black beans were clearly canned, baby corn was disgusting from the can, and the cheese wasn't fresh, and the dried tomatoes were canned also. the lettuce was the only fresh vegetable on the entire salad

Ignite is one of the most beautiful settings around. Food is always great - we really enjoy their sushi menu. Service level is always professional and courteous. But while Ignite was never inexpensive, prices seem to have increased quite a bit. Last night, two cocktails and two sushi rolls came in at $102, pre tip. To be fair, a cup of Miso soup comes along with the sushi. I'm sure we will be back, as we love the ambiance and the quality. Just maybe not quite as often as we would like.

We stayed here for a weekend staycation with our pup so Ignite was a easy spot to grab a bevy and bite in! They have a signature cocktail that is rum based that is absolutely delicious - I can't remember the name but something alone the lines of "By the Sea?" They also will do hot chocolate and Baileys for you if you want to order a cup and sit by the fire! The food menu is smaller but easy options- the edamame is a fav, the fries weren't as amazing as they sound but definitely not bad. My partner had the Buffalo tacos and said it was the most tender, delicious meat he's had. We also tried their Cobb salad which was crisp and well dressed! The chocolate cake was also a favourite! The servers were attentive and kind and ensured we were well taken care of! Pro tip: If you are travelling with your pup you can bring them onto the patio or dine in the lounge area before entering the actual restaurant- still full service and you get tasty nuts with your bevy's.

We sat on the outside patio, they've added more heaters so we were really comfortable in spite of the cool evening. The kokopelli flute music at dusk is always amazing, a truly wonderful way to usher in the evening after a day in the desert. After that they also had beautiful live guitar music for ambience. The food was salted more than we are used to, but the sushi, salad, and dessert were all excellent. Safe for celiacs - our waiter was only moderate knowledge, but the other wait staff and kitchen staff were excellent - no issues!

The views are always excellent. That’s why it got a 2 star bump. The menu has changed. Prices went way up and food was not good. Used to like this place. Won’t return

Pricey but good! Haven't been there for some years! High class establishment with good food. Don't know about quality and quantity of menu items? Would only go on special occasions.

Great sushi choices & featured choice of crab legs was spectacular! Beautiful view of the canyon.

Excellent food and ambiance! Went on a Thursday night and tried the sushi menu. We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious sushi in Arizona. We had the hamachi, rainbow roll, and dove mountain roll. Only thing is that it's a bit overpriced and waited a while service since they only take walk-ins at first come, first serve basis.

Unreal tacos, cauliflower (would never usually say that), and drinksService was top notch as well
