At first l didn't see the store. Not willing to eat at Mcdonald's, l was about to leave the area when l happily spotted this establishment.I was immediately and warmly greeted upon entry by the very enthusiastic staff. I truly felt welcomed and valued as l stepped in from the rain. I love jack in the box. However, the location in my neighborhood is not functioning at it's best. The orders are always wrong, the food looks like wild animals put it together and it's usually cold or under cooked.The front customer service is not always friendly or accommodating after they've made a mistake.

Marana Jack in the Box on Sandario late afternoon on a Saturday. Not up on the latest menu the gal taking our order was very forgiving and helpful. Between her and her manager they got a glitch in the pay system straight for my friend following me. We both got a veterans discount. Food hot and staff friendly. They did have a supply problem as they ran out of catsup / ketchup, but they were carrying on heavier on the mustard. Not bad BTW. Traffic in customers was starting to pickup....read full review
