the man on the headset was very nice very patient the girl at the drive through window was the manager blond very rude very short with me i felt very rushed she also threatened to ban me and my husband for him giving me a kiss in the drive though i have been to this location many time never had an issue before until today not sure if i will be coming back again.

I was so happy to see this location open up, but the drive thru is the worst I have ever experienced. Besides the configuration, I always have a wt chocolate moca, hot. 4 times now in a row they haven't gotten it right. It taste like muddy water. Never again! TRAINING!!!!

Listen I've been to many Starbucks all over California and now in Arizona, and this one is horrendously bad. It's shocking to be honest. Twice before going to work I tried to get a decent cup of coffee with some milk in it and twice the coffee was not only apparently not made properly and just week as can be, but nowhere near even being lukewarm. I don't know if they've got the milk in the freezer or what but a small amount of milk shouldn't do that. Very disappointing and a total failure on their part

Awesome Starbucks and so glad they made the inside big so that there is plenty of room for customers to spread out. I hate small Starbucks where you can’t find a seat anytime of the day, this one is great!

Slowest service ever. 20 minutes for a drink at 5:00pm. Outrageous. There's a Dutch around the corner, you'd be better off going there.

It's not exactly a problem with this specific location. But Starbucks in general is watered down, overpriced, and has poor choice on what they support. I've joined the boycott against Starbucks and I suggest you do too. It's overpriced and watered down, I'm sure you can make better at home. Or even better, support a local coffee shop.

At 1850 on 3Dec23 I was trying to surprise and cheer up my daughter with a hot chocolate. Plugged in the location it says open until 2000 but website says 1900 which both are ok I’m next and it’s 10 till. The lady in the van with tags that expired Nov 22 decided 5 minutes later she is ready to order. After a few items being denied and all her orders it’s finally my daughter’s turn. Phone say 1858 then 1859. A lady’s voice overtakes the speaker saying that they are closed. Shocked I said you can’t be nor can you penalize me on this horrible lady in front of me and her lack of custody. Before I could finish my talk the clock turns to 1900 and a young man state “Hey we are closed to much to do!” Idk how worthless and lazy people are these days but wow the ability to hide cowardly behind a speaker is beside me. Someone needs to teach employees that if there’s a line before close you serve all in the line the was there before close that’s just common sense. Normally this is always a 5 outa 5 but tonight being for my daughter they lost a customer and I wish I could do more because wow. Besides that van needs 5 min to start an order ask her to drive around to be prepared like come on. Disappointed
