Our waiter, Teigan, was a great guy. I appreciated his energy. But the food was absolutely mediocre to bad. Our table ordered lasagne, chicken Marsala, linguine with clam sauce and a couple of pizzas. The only people at the table that thought their food was “good” were the pizza eaters. The rest of the food was just not good. There seems to be a big problem with the kitchen staff. Best wishes for turning it around. We won’t be back!! ?‍♀️

Vero amore was our go to Italian for years. We were excited to bring all the family to dinner last night. What a huge disappointment. The food was at best mediocre. Calamari were burnt and chewy, pizza was undercooked, pasta dishes had NO flavor. The only highlight was the Ceasar salad with bread that was soggy as well. The service was horrendous with a waitress that made sure we knew that she didn't care and we were a noicence to her. Never again. We are so sad, maybe the expension to the new swan location ruined a great resteraunt.

We were regulars and it’ll be a long time until we give it another try. Servers obviously don’t enjoy working here. Stopped in here for dinner. Sat at a high top table for 20 minutes. Waiters walking by not noticing us. Finally a couple at the bar left and we moved to their vacated seats thinking we’d finally get service there after sitting in “No Man’s Land” for so long. Waitress said we couldn’t sit there until someone cleaned the top. Fine. There was another spot that was empty so we moved there. Waitress looked at us then went out to the table area to take orders there. We left and are now sitting at Dove Mountain Brewing where the service is superior to Vero Amore. Do yourself a favor and avoid the horrible service at Vero Amore and walk down the sidewalk to Dove Mountain. You won’t regret it!

I personally like it, it's a good price for the food, but my friend didn't like it so that's why I gave it 4 stars

Last year we had an excellent meal! Great service!! nice clientele...Sadly this year, Feb 1st, 2024. the quality of the food has gone down.. and they opened a Chicken Wing place that opens into Vero Amore restaurant. The very bright lights and industrial look from the other restaurant totally destroyed the intimate ambiance of the original.

Very disappointed with the service. Not sure if everyone was in a bad mood but the service was unacceptable. We sat at a high top table and were ignored for 20 minutes. A couple left at the bar so we went to sit there but were asked to move so they could clean up. So we went to another spot at the bar and were again ignored again when the bartender already knew we had been waiting for so long. Go to Dove Mountain Brewery instead. Much better service. We have been going to Vera Amore for years but are done with them!

Food was outstanding for a Friday night so quick. The service spectacular! Was a busy dinner night but the staff took great care of us. Thank you Jim, Vanessa, Nikki, and Zack. We absolutely will be back next time we are in town.

In the last 6 months, their menu prices have increased by 55%. It’s not worth eating here at those prices. You can’t justify it with the service type and food.

The food was fresh and delicious. They also had a gluten-free pasta and pizza, which was helpful so the whole family could eat. They were also friendly with my 13 month old (high chair available) who made a little mess. I hope to go back soon!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free pasta and pizzaKid-friendliness: High chair available
