Small place but great food . I love the grilled chicken udon . The chicken has an amazing flavor and the sauce is good it could use a little more sauce but so good when I am craving udon this is the place to get it !

I feel bad to leave a bad review because I've always enjoyed the food here but as time has gone, the service has dwindled and today's trip was the worst. We ordered 4 rolls total. Two were alright, my Shrimp Killer roll was horribly assembled when normally it looks perfect. My boyfriend got a Red Dragon roll that tasted as if the fish was left out or going bad. He couldn't even eat it after the second bite. I would've called to complain but figured the owners wouldn't care so we chalked it up as a loss.

Food is fantastic and authentic Japanese sushi house. The real deal. Service - the service is prompt and courteous -- they are looking to help and clear tables as soon as you finish to give the next customer the same satisfaction of eating here. Ambiance - decor gives you the feeling of being near the sea eating sushi. Wood tables and comfortable chairs. Very nice cook and staff. Thank you for being one of the best if not the BEST in Maricopa. I would have taken a picture of food but too busy admiring the presentation and eating. Lol We ordered Philadelphia roll, California roll, agedashi tofu, monkey balls and cucumber avocado (makizushi) roll, jasmine tea and miso soup. Yum Wish we had room for the wakame (seaweed salad).

Favorite spot in Maricopa! They have the best happy hour deals. I love their rolls and trust them well enough to even try the random specials (which I wouldn't usually do), and they're always superb!

Originally had several great experiencesUpdating my review- I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I have been here several times and this time was bad. Super slow service to get food 25+minutes to get my appetizer. I told staff several times I no longer wanted it and they brought it anyways. Well now you lost a customer since your customer service skills are horrible.
Love this place! The remodel they did really revamped the place. Perfect spot for date night. Restaurant is small though so be sure you get there early to avoid a wait.

Inside felt cozy & welcoming. I came in for take-out about 20 min before close & they were accomodating, staff was pleasant & personable. I ordered a firecracker, monkey balls, & baked Dynamite roll. The Firecracker was surprisingly bland.. like it needed a dipping sauce or something. The Monkey Balls were excellent! The crisp on the breading really sealed the deal.. I'll definitely be ordering those again. The Dynamite roll was a little disappointing compared to it's description & Dynamite rolls I've had elsewhere. It was still good, it just wasn't what I was expecting & what I had a craving for. It's something I might again, albeit with different expectations next time. I definitely still prefer Savage Sushi, but his menu is much more limited than here so it really depends on what you have a taste for.
