Tried the Jibarito with fried plantains at a community tailgate party. Michael was so helpful with explaining the menu items. First time trying fried plantains instead of bread. It was wonderful with the comfort of the meat and cheese with the crisp lettuce. Sooooo good!!!!!

This is my new favorite spot in town. The Jibarito is the best sandwich that I've had in quite some time, and tried the beef & cheese empanadas and they were fantastic, both come with the best rice & beans I've probably ever had. Portion size is very generous (bring a friend for the Jibarito). Incredible service, very friendly employees. I'll be back many times!

BEST PUERTORICAN FOOD/FOOD TRUCK IN MARICOPA, HANDS DOWN!! The food was very authentic with lots of flavor and great portions!!! I ordered the Piononos Meal and WOW, it was amazing!! My bf ordered the Mofongo Meal and again AMAZING! You can tell it gets cooked from the heart! Ive been in the look for some authentic puertorican food and finally found it with this food truck. The owners/cooks are very friendly too so it adds to the experience. Me and the family will be coming every week to have a little taste of our Island!
