Great place! Cool dive bar feel, all the staff were amazing and so nice!! We ordered the fish and sent it back unfortunately not our style but maybe others will like it. We prefer culvers 100 percent. But will definitely be back again for food and drinks

Went on The Roost at 20800 N John Wayne Parkway in Maricopa Az Saturday night and only waited a short time for a table for our party of three.Our server made us want for nothing and the food was delivered to our table hot and delicious. We enjoyed dining here and the service that was given.
Kicked out Joel Hansen and almost cut him off from AYCE fish n chips the fish n chips are typically not all you can eat!

My boyfriend and I went for dinner hoping for the fish fry but it wasn't on the menu. Tried macaroni & cheese with Hatch chilies not much heat and the cheese was very watered down. Also had the Philly cheese steak with habanero peppers, some heat but not much, was good though. Waitress wasn't very friendly. We were by a door going out to the patio and there were nats. The food was delicious, the only reason I cant give 5 stars is because my husband and I got the order take out...My husband ordered a Chef Salad, and I ordered Fish Tacos. But, they forgot the eggs and dressing on my husband's chef salad. And if you like chef salads, then you know it's a main protein component, and we had to use some salad dressing he didn't like, here at home. It was kind of a big deal, because we don't get to eat out much. And it is crazy how they would leave off those two things, but overall the food was good quality, fresh, and was cooked correctly. I'm definitely planning on returning, here. If you choose to eat here, I think it worth giving it a try, it was good.

After watching Josh post his video, a 5 is completely deserved. First from start to finish, the kitchen put out product that was simply devoured. Josh had nothing but praise for that food.The waitress and manager both get 5's for handling an uncomfortable situation in what i thought was as professional a manner as it gets.I truly hope I get to try the Roost myself.

Haven’t been here but saw a TikTok of the place and one of the managers had an amazing response and went to investigate a disturbance to come back out with an amazing solution. If I’m ever in the area I’m definitely visiting this place! Great customer service!

Our waitress seamed to be pre occupied with the kitchen staff than taking care of us. We asked for wings crispy when we got them they were soggy and barely cooked enough. When the waitress finally came back we told her about the problem she said the cooks didn't see the crispy and didn't offer to fix them. We did receive a 1.00 draft beer at 347 pm and we did order another beer at regular price. Good thing we didn't want another beer because she never came back. After getting another waitress she finally made it back to the table so we could pay the tab. Seamed like a nice place but it's a tad dark.
