We ended up at Applebees after our initial dinner plans didn't pan out. I have to say that we probably should've just went home instead. First thing, our server walked past us three different occasions without saying a word. He finally acknowledged us after about ten minutes. We ordered drinks. I had the Kona Big Surf beer. My wife ordered the Parrot Bay Pina Colada. I got what I ordered. But they brought my wife a completely different drink. At first the server blamed the bar tender for making the wrong drink. But then admitted that he entered it incorrectly. Then we ordered food. My wife ordered the Neighborhood burger with fries and I ordered The Clubhouse grille sandwich with onion rings. My wife ordered the burger medium but came out well done. And my sandwich was soggy and terrible. And it certainly didn't resemble the sandwich displayed on their advertisement. Needless to say. You can take this one off our list of restaurants we'll visit again.

So yesterday April 24th, I came to Applebees with my friend during happy hour. The lady who served us was absolutely fantastic I have zero complaints about her. The food and drinks we order were fantastic as usual. The complaint I have is about the woman in the photo. Now the only thing between her and I was a chair and I understand you had a rough day at work but your comments made were defiantly inappropriate and RACIEST. Now I couldn't get her name but I did get a photo. This lady in the photo said and I quote "I hate black people AND I hate white people." Then idk what the man next to her said but then she said "I hate all people". Now okay I understand you are upset at customers but it only got worse from there. The man said " do you use the N word" and the woman said "Yes of course if that's how you're acting then I'm going to use that word". This was probably the most SICKENING part about all the comments she said. As someone who is African American and my friend being Japanese we felt VERY uncomfortable but the way she said it so casual made it seem like this is not the first time she has said this as work. I hope Applebees takes the proper steps in talking to her about her professionalism. Also if you hate your job THIS much you should find another one.

It was Easter Sunday. Service was actually a little slow, but I gave it 5 stars because the waiter was running his butt off. It looked like they were a little short staffed. Not the crews fault. The food was good and we enjoyed our meal.

We had Hannah as our server tonight. She was telling me it's a family affair of who's worked there. She was very attentive and spot on. The food was hot and fresh and it was great. As always it's nice going to my neighborhood Applebee's ‼️Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking for a wheelchair accessibility right up front at the front door

The food was good for me but the service there sucks my husbands food never got there and everyone had already finished eating so we canceled it and he didn't eat anything the whole 1hr we were there and we asked to speak to the manger and he went to hide instead of coming to talk to us I would give 0 starts

Thus is the first time I have had a great experience at this resturant. Our server he was so nice greeted us with a Happy Saturday, was very attentive, spot on when it came to refills and was very pleasant. I can't remember his name but I know he was from Michigan originallyWe will be back and I hope he is there and we can repeat that experience.
