Understaffed and poor service. Unfortunately, this neighborhood grill needs to go away.

Party of 5. No one greeted us for a while. It took forever to get seated, waiting for them to clean tables. Took forever for our waitress to get to us ...ordered drinks and an appetizer. Drinks came and appetizer and salads came with the food we ordered. My husband asked for A1 sauce twice for his steak.. never got it so he ate it without.. our waitress was having a very bad night for personal reasons she said. We felt kind of bad for her so we still tipped her despite the bad experience. The only redeeming thing is the food was good. When we were leaving, there was a long wait at the front door so people like this place I guess they don't know they're gonna be waiting for their food for a while, but the food is good so there's that.
I don't know if the waitress was new or what was going on with her. Very scatter brain. We also overheard two other tables complaining to the manager about her. We asked for our check, and every single one of them was wrong. She overcharged the happy hour drinks. She was charging us a birthday brownie for $1.99 when it wasn't our birthday.The manager gave us a discount and didn't charge us for the drinks.Hopefully, next time, I can give 5 stars and not one for the service.

My salad was Slop and missing some of the ingredients. My friend had ribs and they were overcooked and the smallest he'd ever had. Restaurant was dirty.

I had lunch a few days ago with 3 girlfriends. The service and food was good, BUT we sat in the most uncomfortable seats at our booth. There were huge indentations in the seat! Applebees needs to invest in new seating.

Not a hundred percent sure but I think they surcharged my in-laws.
We showed up on a Friday night which is never my preference but the family wanted to go out to eat. We arrived and were greeted promptly. We were told there was a 25 min wait and chose to stay. They weren't overly busy & I noticed a lot of empty tables but people weren't being sat. I assume staffing issues but then after the 25 mins passed they started to tell us that the kitchen was behind. The place was clean and the bar was full. The major sporting events were on the TV. We did finally get our table and were greeted quickly by our waitress. The drinks and food came out quickly. I ordered the mocktail on the beach and received it in a regular soda cup. It's something I wasn't impressed with because it didn't have the presentation that was advertised and if it's going to be advertised as an NA version of an alcoholic drink it should come that way. Overall I just don't see any reason to return. From beginning to end everything was mediocre and for almost $150 for 5 people I can definitely find other places to go.

Great food. My waitress AJ made sure to take care of us. Even with it been busy she came to my table multiple times to make sure we were good. She even took care of my mother n law.. brought her another drink. Thank you AJ, because of you we will be back
