Great gym! Very welcoming and friendly to newcomers whether you have experience or none at all. Coaches are very easy to understand and are very nice and agreeable! Gym is very clean and has plenty of equipment, for both conditioning and pad/bag work. If you’re looking for a Muay Thai gym, this is it!
Great gym to go to. Prices are really good and the coaches are top notch. They really make you feel like family and everyone is really respectful and friendly. Serious workouts, love it here.
