The taco flavors and salsa bar options cannot quit as they are currently too legit. We enjoyed our first visit to Backyard Taco although with so many non-chain options we were cautiously optimistic. We were greeted by the sight of a hundred tomatoes getting grilled up for the salsa bowls. Everything was yummy and for the bonus round they have chips on menu! This is great because their closest competitor does not. But the highlight for us was Mia en el frente de casa! She was awesome, super helpful.
